本实用新型公开了一种冷藏车除霜装置，包括由压缩机、油分离器、冷凝器、储液器、干燥过滤器、膨胀阀、蒸发器构成的制冷回路，在油分离器的高压出口与蒸发器的进口之间设置有旁路支管，所述旁路支管上设置有化霜阀；所述冷凝器进口处的管路上设置有截止阀。本实用新型的优点在于结构简单、控制方便。冷藏车处于除霜状态时，压缩机排出的高温高压气体经化霜阀旁路进入蒸发器盘管，同时截止阀断开，阻断高温高压气体进入冷凝器中，即制冷停止，避免在除霜的同时既制冷又加热，除霜更彻底且缩短了化霜时间，保证了厢体的制冷效果，使厢体内的货物质量更有保证。

本实用新型涉及运输用厢式冷藏车，尤其是涉及一种除霜时间短、冷藏效果好的冷藏车除霜装置。
背景技术
冷藏车是用来运输冷冻或保鲜货物的封闭式厢式运输车，是装有制冷机组的专用运输汽车，常用于冷冻食品、奶制品、蔬菜水果、疫苗药品等的运输。由于制冷过程中厢体内壁会结霜，影响制冷传热效果，冷藏车内一般都设置有除霜系统，即通过化霜电磁阀开启化霜回路，在蒸发器盘管中通入热汽进行除霜，由于化霜时设备仍在制冷，造成蒸发器盘管既有热汽又有冷气，不仅除霜时间长效果不好，而且还会影响到产品整体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、除霜快且效果好的冷藏车除霜装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的冷藏车除霜装置，包括由压缩机、油分离器、冷凝器、储液器、干燥过滤器、膨胀阀、蒸发器构成的制冷回路，在油分离器的高压出口与蒸发器的进口之间设置有旁路支管，所述旁路支管上设置有化霜阀；所述冷凝器进口处的管路上设置有截止阀。
本实用新型的优点在于结构简单、控制方便。冷藏车处于除霜状态时，压缩机排出的高温高压气体经化霜阀旁路进入蒸发器盘管，同时截止阀断开，阻断高温高压气体进入冷凝器中，即制冷停止，避免在除霜的同时既制冷又加热，除霜更彻底且缩短了化霜时间，保证了厢体的制冷效果，使厢体内的货物质量更有保证。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的冷藏车除霜装置，包括由压缩机1、油分离器2、冷凝器3、储液器4、干燥过滤器5、膨胀阀6、蒸发器7构成的制冷回路，在油分离器2的高压出口与蒸发器7的进口之间设置有旁路支管8，在旁路支管8上设置有化霜阀9；在冷凝器3进口处的管路上设置有截止阀10。融霜时，化霜阀9打开，压缩机1排出的高温高压气体经化霜阀9、旁路支管8直接进入蒸发器盘管7，返回压缩机1吸气口；同时截止阀10将通往冷凝器3的管路断开，高温高压气体停止向冷凝器3流动，制冷系统停止。

1.一种冷藏车除霜装置，包括由压缩机（1）、油分离器（2）、冷凝器（3）、储液器（4）、干燥过滤器（5）、膨胀阀（6）、蒸发器（7）构成的制冷回路，在油分离器（2）的高压出口与蒸发器（7）的进口之间设置有旁路支管（8），所述旁路支管（8）上设置有化霜阀（9）；其特征在于：所述冷凝器（3）进口处的管路上设置有截止阀（10）。
