本实用新型属于一种蜡质调温器。 
背景技术
目前的蜡质调温器,适用于汽车、拖拉机及其它用途的水冷式发动机用蜡质调温器。蜡质调温器,简称调温器,在发动机工作时,可调节散热器冷却液流量,使冷却液温度保持最佳值。一般调温器会有一个打开温度,当温度达到打开温度时,调温器的阀门打开使冷却液流量增大,达到降温的效果。 
现有的调温器只有1个阀门,当阀门失效时,调温器的性能也将失效。 
发明内容
为了克服现有蜡质调温器的可靠性较差、控制精度较低的不足,本实用新型提供一种可靠性良好、控制精度较高的双阀门蜡质调温器。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种双阀门蜡质调温器,包括阀体和蜡质感应器,所述蜡质感应器安装在阀体内,所述蜡质感应器的动作端为推杆,所述阀体内安装小阀门和大阀门,所述大阀门安装在主通道上,所述大阀门中部设有辅助通道,所述小阀门安装在辅助通道上,所述推杆上端与小阀门底部连接,所述小阀门的顶面与复位弹簧一端连接,所述复位弹簧另一端安装在阀体内。 
本实用新型的技术构思为:当本体外部达到设定温度,使小阀门 先行打开,此时水流量较小。当达到一定的温度后小阀门连带大阀门开启使水流增大。而当小阀门发生故障时大阀门也能正常开启,确保冷却循环系统的正常运行。 
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:靠性良好、控制精度较高。

参照图1,一种双阀门蜡质调温器,包括阀体1和蜡质感应器2,所述蜡质感应器2安装在阀体1内,所述蜡质感应器2的动作端为推杆3,所述阀体1内安装小阀门4和大阀门5,所述大阀门5安装在主通道上,所述大阀门5中部设有辅助通道,所述小阀门4安装在辅助通道上,所述推杆3上端与小阀门4底部连接,所述小阀门4的顶面与复位弹簧6一端连接,所述复位弹簧6另一端安装在阀体1内。 
本实施例适用于水冷式发动机用蜡质调温器,在发动机工作时,可调节散热器冷却液流量,使冷却液温度保持最佳值。 
当温度达到打开温度时推杆顶住小阀门,使小阀门打开,当升程达到一定高度时,小阀门带动大阀门向上产生位移,使出水口变大,水流量增加,达到有效控制水流量的目的。而其具有2个阀门的原因,而能有效的防止因副阀门损坏而产生的性能下降。

1.一种双阀门蜡质调温器,包括阀体和蜡质感应器,所述蜡质感应器安装在阀体内,所述蜡质感应器的动作端为推杆,其特征在于:所述阀体内安装小阀门和大阀门,所述大阀门安装在主通道上,所述大阀门中部设有辅助通道,所述小阀门安装在辅助通道上,所述推杆上端与小阀门底部连接,所述小阀门的顶面与复位弹簧一端连接,所述复位弹簧另一端安装在阀体内。
