Abstract

有动液温度自动调节装置的液力变矩器,涉及一种汽车传动装置液力变矩器。所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种装在靠近液力变矩器的动液进出口处的有动液温度自动调节装置的液力变矩器。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含液力变矩器、散热器及温度控制阀。温度控制阀包含阀体、阀芯、弹簧、活塞杆座及活塞杆;活塞杆腔内装热敏橡胶,活塞杆与活塞杆座连接为一体,活塞杆下段装入阀体的活塞杆腔内,可在其中滑动,活塞杆下端与热敏橡胶上端面接触;阀体进口与液力变矩器动液出口管连接,阀体出口与液力变矩器动液进口管连接。应用于汽车传动装置,有益效果是,温度控制阀装在靠近液力变矩器的动液出口处,反映液力变矩器中动液液温度,保证液力变矩器常工作。

有动液温度自动调节装置的液力变矩器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车传动装置液力变矩器。
背景技术
液力变矩器是一种用动液传动并调节转矩的汽车传动装置。在使用过程中,动液的温度会升高,从而影响转矩的传送,影响液力变矩器的输出。为此,在使用过程中,当动液温度升高时,需将动液输送到降温器对动液降温。已有技术美国专利US 7,487,826B2《旁通阀及热交换器》,公布了一种有由动液温度控制的旁通阀的热交换器。在动液为低温时,旁通阀关闭油路,动液不通过热交换器;当动液温度升高到一定值时,旁通阀动作,将油路打开,使动液通过热交换器降温,从而保持液力变矩器内动液温度为低温,使液力变矩器正常工作。已有技术不足之处是,感受动液温度的旁通阀,距液力变矩器较远,不能准确反映动液的温度动作,使液力变矩器的输出受到影响。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种装在靠近液力变矩器的动液进出口处的有动液温度自动调节装置的液力变矩器。
解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含液力变矩器、温度控制阀及散热器;液力变矩器上有动液出口管及动液进口管,动液进口管及动液出口管与散热器连接;温度控制阀装在靠近液力变矩器动液进口管、动液出口管端处.。
温度控制阀包含阀体、阀芯、弹簧、活塞杆座及活塞杆;阀芯、弹簧及活塞杆座装在阀体内,阀芯中孔有活塞杆腔,活塞杆腔内装热敏橡胶,活塞杆与活塞杆座连接为一体,活塞杆下段装入阀体的活塞杆腔内,可在其中滑动,活塞杆的下端与热敏橡胶的上端面接触;阀体上有阀体进口及阀体出口,阀体进口与液力变矩器的动液出口管连接,阀体出口与液力变矩器的动液进口管连接。
在动液温度为低温时,阀芯内的热敏橡胶感受低温的动液温度,体积较小,阀芯在弹簧弹力作用下上移,使阀体进口与阀体出口连通,液力变矩器的动液由动液出口管经温度控制阀的阀体进口、阀体出口及动液进口管直接流回液力变矩器,而不经过散热器,动液保持低温;在动液温度为高温时,阀芯内的热敏橡胶感受高温的动液温度,体积增大,流体推动阀芯移动到下位,阀芯将阀体进口与阀体出口间通道关闭,使液力变矩器的动液不能通过温度控制阀回流,此时动液由动液出口管流入散热器,经散热器降温后,由动液进口管流回液力变矩器,使动液保持低温,从而保证液力变矩器正常工作。
有益效果:本实用新型应用于汽车液力变矩器。有益效果是,温度控制阀装在靠近液力变矩器的进出口管端,直接感受液力变矩器内动液的温度,保证液力变矩器的正常工作。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式如下,包含液力变矩器1、温度控制阀2及散热器3;液力变矩器1上有动液出口管4及动液进口管5,动液进口管5及动液出口管4与散热器3连接;温度控制阀2装在靠近液力变矩器1动液进口管5、动液出口管4端处。
温度控制阀2包含阀体6、阀芯7、弹簧8、活塞杆座9及活塞杆10;阀芯7、弹簧8及活塞杆座9装在阀体6内,阀芯7中孔有活塞杆腔11,活塞杆腔11内装热敏橡胶12,活塞杆10与活塞杆座9连接为一体,活塞杆10下段装入阀体6的活塞杆腔11内,可在其中滑动,活塞杆10的下端与热敏橡胶12的上端面接触;阀体6上有阀体进口13及阀体出口14,阀体进口13与液力变矩器1的动液出口管4连接,阀体出口14与液力变矩器1的动液进口管5连接。

1.有动液温度自动调节装置的液力变矩器,包含液力变矩器(1)及散热器(3),其特征在于还包含温度控制阀(2);液力变矩器(1)上有动液出口管(4)及动液进口管(5),动液进口管(5)和动液出口管(4)与散热器(3)连接;温度控制阀(2)装在靠近液力变矩器(1)的动液进口管(5)、动液出口管(4)端处,
温度控制阀(2)包含阀体(6)、阀芯(7)、弹簧(8)、活塞杆座(9)及活塞杆(10);阀芯(7)、弹簧(8)及活塞杆座(9)装在阀(6)内,阀芯(7)中孔有活塞杆腔(11),活塞杆腔(11)内装热敏橡胶(12),活塞杆(10)与活塞杆座(9)连接为一体,活塞杆(10)下段装入阀体(6)的活塞杆腔(11)内,可在其中滑动,活塞杆(10)下端与热敏橡胶(12)的上端面接触;阀体(6)上有阀体进口(13)及阀体出口(14),阀体进口(13)与液力变矩器(1)的动液出口管(4)连接,阀体出口(14)与液力变矩器(1)的动液进口管(5)连接。
