本实用新型涉及一种油田注水泵连杆机构，以减少注水泵维修劳动强度。由曲轴、连杆、机体滑道、连杆销套和十字销头构成；连杆一端与曲轴连接，另外一端通过与连杆销套和十字销头连接安装在机体滑道内；连杆的剖分面为35°±5°。本实用新型通过将连杆剖分面为35°±5°，连杆体后端部外形缩小，连杆整体可从滑道孔内穿过。这样，泵机体滑道孔减短，相应的泵机体体积缩小，外形美观轻巧；而且装配时可从机体前端装入，若更换连杆销套或十字头销时，无需将曲轴拆出来，从机体前端拆出连杆组件即可，用时长仅为原来的1/3，降低检修人员的劳动强度。

本实用新型属于液体输送装置，特别是一种油田注水泵连杆结构的改进。
背景技术
目前油田通用的注水泵连杆结构为原连杆剖分面为90°，连杆体后端部外形粗大，导致设计泵机体结构时需要滑道孔加长，这样泵机体的体积加大，增加了生产成本。同时装配时需从机体后端装配，若需更换连杆销套或十字头销时，必须将曲轴拆出来，才能将连杆组件从机体后端拆出，导致用户检修时劳动强度大，耗工费时。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是设计一种油田注水泵连杆机构，以减少注水泵维修劳动强度。
具体地说，油田注水泵连杆机构，由曲轴、连杆、机体滑道、连杆销套和十字销头构成；连杆一端与曲轴连接，另外一端通过与连杆销套和十字销头连接安装在机体滑道内；连杆的剖分面为35°±5°。
本实用新型通过将连杆剖分面为35°±5°，连杆体后端部外形缩小，连杆整体可从滑道孔内穿过。这样，泵机体滑道孔减短，相应的泵机体体积缩小，外形美观轻巧；而且装配时可从机体前端装入，若更换连杆销套或十字头销时，无需将曲轴拆出来，从机体前端拆出连杆组件即可，用时长仅为原来的1/3，降低检修人员的劳动强度。

如图所示，油田注水泵连杆机构，由曲轴1、连杆2、机体滑道3、连杆销套4和十字销头5构成；连杆2一端与曲轴1连接，另外一端通过与连杆销套4和十字销头5连接安装在机体滑道3内；其特征是连杆2的剖分面为35°±5°。连杆2整体从滑道3中的滑道孔内穿过。本实用新型优选连杆(2)的剖分面为35°。
本实用新型装配时可从机体前端(图中右侧箭头方向为机体前端，左侧箭头为机体后端)装入，若更换连杆销套或十字头销时，无需将曲轴拆出来，从机体前端拆出连杆组件即可。

1.油田注水泵连杆机构，由曲轴(1)、连杆(2)、机体滑道(3)、连杆销套(4)和十字销头(5)构成；连杆(2)一端与曲轴(1)连接，另外一端通过与连杆销套(4)和十字销头(5)连接安装在机体滑道(3)内；其特征是连杆(2)的剖分面为35°±5°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田注水泵连杆机构，其特征是连杆(2)整体从滑道(3)中的滑道孔内穿过。
