本实用新型公开了一种新型恒温发酵池,包括中空的保温箱,保温箱上表面设有数个通孔,通孔内安装有数个上方敞口的发酵箱,发酵箱底部通过支撑杆与保温箱内底面固定连接,顶部与保温箱上表面平齐,保温箱上表面设有一入水口,一侧下部设有能密闭的出水口,保温箱底部设有电热恒温装置。本实用新型的保温箱不是敞口设计,能有效避免热量散失,发酵箱的底部是通过支撑杆与保温箱内底面固定连接,不直接接触,在保温箱内装满液体时,发酵箱的侧面和底面能够均匀受热,保温箱的入水口和出水口方便注入和排出液体,底部的电热恒温装置能为保温箱内液体加热,本实用新型结构简单,方便实用。

背景技术
发酵池是化工生产中常见的工具,用来培养各种需要的菌种,加工蔬菜、饮料等食品,由于菌种受温度影响大,固发酵池对温度的控制非常必要,现有的利用液体保温的方法是在地面挖蓄水池,然后放入发酵箱,利用恒温水进行保温,但由于发酵箱底部直接与蓄水池底部接触,受热不均匀,且蓄水池的保温效果不好,要恒温就必然消耗大量能源,另,蓄水池的水无法方便的排出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种解决上述问题,保温效果好,方便排水、节省能源的新型恒温发酵池。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种新型恒温发酵池,包括中空的保温箱,保温箱上表面设有数个通孔,通孔内安装有数个上方敞口的发酵箱,发酵箱底部通过支撑杆与保温箱内底面固定连接,顶部与保温箱上表面平齐,保温箱上表面设有一入水口,一侧下部设有能密闭的出水口,保温箱底部设有电热恒温装置。
作为优选:保温箱外壁包覆有保温层。
作为优选:所述恒温箱和发酵箱均呈长方体形。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:保温箱的通孔内安装发酵箱,不是敞口设计,能有效避免热量散失,发酵箱的底部是通过支撑杆与保温箱内底面固定连接,不直接接触,在保温箱内装满液体时,发酵箱的侧面和底面能够均匀受热,保温箱的入水口和出水口方便注入和排出液体,底部的电热恒温装置能为保温箱内液体加热,保温层能进一步避免热量散失,节省能源,恒温箱和发酵箱均呈长方体形,看上去整洁美观,且便于安装布置,本实用新型结构简单,方便实用。

实施例1:参见图1,一种新型恒温发酵池,包括中空的保温箱1,保温箱1外壁包覆有保温层2,保温箱1上表面设有数个通孔,通孔内安装有数个上方敞口的发酵箱3,发酵箱3底部通过支撑杆4与保温箱1内底面固定连接,顶部与保温箱1上表面平齐,保温箱1上表面设有一入水口5,一侧下部设有能密闭的出水口6,保温箱1底部设有电热恒温装置7,所述恒温箱和发酵箱3均呈长方体形。
保温箱1内注满水,利用电热恒温装置7对保温箱1的内水进行恒温控制,就可以达到控制发酵箱3恒温环境的作用,由于保温箱1不是敞口设计,且带有保温层2,能有效避免热量散失,发酵箱3的底部是通过支撑杆4与保温箱1内底面固定连接,不直接接触,在保温箱1内装满液体时,发酵箱3的侧面和底面能够均匀受热,保温箱1的入水口5和出水口6方便注入和排出液体,恒温箱和发酵箱3均呈长方体形,看上去整洁美观,且便于安装布置。
