技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种皮带输送机，具体地说是一种主要用于输送粮食的皮带机。
背景技术
粮食在放入粮仓内储存或取出时，一般需要利用皮带输送机进行运输，以减轻操作人员的劳动强度，提高工作效率。现有的皮带输送机，一般是通过皮带轮及运输皮带进行传输，由始至终都保持一个运输速度，由于输送机一段是倾斜的，便于将粮食抛下，速度保持均恒，使的输送时粮食只能直接下落，无法抛离至较远的地方，有时会给工作人员带来不便，而且，粮食离开皮带输送机时没有挡板挡住，在下落的过程中容易产生灰尘，不利于工作人员的操作。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种主要用于输送粮食的皮带输送机，分为两个输送段，可分别调节不同的输送速度，操作更加灵活。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种粮食输送机，包括相装接的水平段机架和倾斜段机架，水平段机架的两端各装设有一水平段皮带轮，该两水平段皮带轮间装设有皮带，水平段皮带轮与装在水平段机架上的一号电机连接，所述倾斜段机架上设有二号电机，倾斜段机架的两端各装设有一倾斜段皮带轮，该两倾斜段皮带轮间设有传动皮带，倾斜段皮带轮与二号电机连接。
所述倾斜段机架的上端装接有挡板，该挡板向下延伸。
本实用新型将机架分为两段，两段输送带可采用不同的输送速度，运输粮食的时候选择多样化，倾斜段机架的运输速度大于水平段机架的运输速度时，粮食在离开输送皮带时能抛离的更远，操作更加灵活，而且设有挡板，使粮食下落的时候不易被风吹散。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如附图1所示，一种粮食输送机，包括相装接的水平段机架1和倾斜段机架2，水平段机架1的两端各装设有一水平段皮带轮3，该两水平段皮带轮3间装设有皮带4，水平段皮带轮3与装在水平段机架1上的一号电机5连接，所述倾斜段机架2上设有二号电机6，倾斜段机架2的两端各装设有一倾斜段皮带轮7，该两倾斜段皮带轮7间设有传动皮带8，倾斜段皮带轮7与二号电机6连接。倾斜段机架2的上端装接有挡板9，该挡板9向下延伸，缩短与目的地间的距离，使粮食从倾斜段机架下落的时候不会产生大量的灰尘，同时也可以减少漏料现象的发生。
本实用新型采取两段输送皮带，水平段机架上传输的时候速度较慢，使粮食平稳的传输。当粮食到达倾斜段机架的时候，倾斜段机架上的皮带传输速度比水平段的较快，当粮食由倾斜段上端离开下落时，由于速度较快，惯性大，能抛离的更远，操作更加灵活。也可以将水平段与倾斜段的传输速度相同，则粮食从始至终都以一个相对稳定的速度传输，粮食离开倾斜段机架下落时，由于挡板的存在，使粮食下落时更加集中，有效减少灰尘的产生。

1.一种粮食皮带输送机，包括相装接的水平段机架（1）和倾斜段机架（2），水平段机架的两端各装设有一水平段皮带轮（3），该两水平段皮带轮间装设有皮带（4），水平段皮带轮与装在水平段机架上的一号电机（5）连接，其特征在于：所述倾斜段机架上设有二号电机（6），倾斜段机架的两端各装设有一倾斜段皮带轮（7），该两倾斜段皮带轮间设有传动皮带（8），倾斜段皮带轮与二号电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粮食皮带输送机，其特征在于：所述倾斜段机架的上端装接有挡板（9），该挡板向下延伸。
