背景技术
全球环境污染越来越严重,能源越来越枯竭,人类及现代工厂对环境要求越来越高。在特定环境及条件下,工厂内部对笨重物资(物品)的转运受到限制,而一般的电动车类存在电池使用时间较短,动力接续困难的情况,故我们通过多年的努力把新能源技术、节能技术融为一体,研发、设计生产并投入了这一无污染、低噪声、断气制动、液压助力转向、特大吨位电动的蓄电池牵引车。

蓄电池牵引车,包括整体连接式的驱动、液压助力转向桥、承载桥、减速机、车架、轮胎,所述液压助力转向桥、承载桥由固定连接板与所述车架焊接,所述驱动包括直流牵引电机和蓄电池,所述驱动和液压助力转向桥连于一体,所述直流牵引电机安装于所述驱动的驱动桥连接处,所述蓄电池位于所述车架的上部,所述减速机通过传动轴与所述直流牵引电机连接。
本实用新型中,所述车架为封闭式车架。所述蓄电池为铅酸蓄电池。所述轮胎为压配式实芯橡胶轮胎。
有益效果
本实用新型在特定环境、特定条件下,可以在笨重物资(物品)在其外部条件难以实现工厂内转运的情况下按照用户要求解决笨重物资(物品)转运而且无污染、低噪声。

本实用新型以直流牵引电机4为动力,铅酸蓄电池5为动力源,通过驱动桥6使车辆行走。车辆有前进、后退、向左、向右转、液压助力转向器、方向机、控制仪表总成、制动总成2、警报按钮等功能。通过操作台、方向机总成完成车辆所需转运动作。
