背景技术
随着混凝土技术的发展，混凝土管桩的技术也日趋成熟，除应用于工业、民用建筑外，还广泛应用于桥梁、港口、铁路或水利工程等各领域。
在进行混凝土管桩的生产时，需要经过喂料、张拉、离心、常温蒸养、放张、脱模和高压蒸养等工序。在进行脱模时，传统的方法为通过行吊的钢丝绳挂钩钩住混凝土管桩，再将其移出。其缺点是：行吊在吊起混凝土管桩时钢丝绳易晃动，造成混凝土管桩的刮擦，影响混凝土管桩的质量，同时钢丝绳的挂钩易滑脱，存在较大的安全隐患。或者通过钢丝绳挂钩与底模连接来倾覆底模，同样存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱模效率高、劳动强度低、安全性高的混凝土管桩真空吸盘脱模装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种混凝土管桩真空吸盘脱模装置，包括行吊的横梁，其创新点在于：所述横梁下方设置有一活动吊具，该活动吊具通过钢丝绳与横梁上的起重小车连接；所述活动吊具上分布有若干真空吸盘。
进一步的，所述活动吊具与横梁之间设有防晃机构，该防晃机构包括一折叠臂，该折叠臂的上、下端分别与横梁、活动吊具铰接。
进一步的，所述活动吊具与真空吸盘之间设有减震弹簧。
本实用新型的优点在于：利用行吊驱动活动吊具移动，使得真空吸盘紧贴并吸住混凝土管桩，即可进行移动脱模，无需人工进行，脱模效率高、劳动强度低，安全性高。
活动吊具和横梁之间设有防晃机构，可防止行吊驱动活动吊具移动时，发生晃动现象，提高工作可靠性。活动吊具与真空吸盘之间设有减震弹簧，可防止行吊移动活动吊具时，活动吊具上的真空吸盘压坏混凝土管桩。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，包括横梁1、活动吊具2、起重小车3、真空吸盘4、折叠臂5、减震弹簧6。
上述行吊的横梁1下方设置有一活动吊具2，该活动吊具2通过钢丝绳与横梁1上的起重小车3连接。
活动吊具2上分布有若干与抽真空系统连接的真空吸盘4，真空吸盘4下端面均匀分布有真空吸孔。活动吊具2与真空吸盘4之间设有减震弹簧6。
活动吊具2与横梁1之间设有防晃机构，该防晃机构包括一折叠臂5，该折叠臂5的上、下端分别与横梁1、活动吊具2铰接。折叠臂5的折叠平面垂直于行吊导轨的平移方向。
利用行吊驱动活动吊具2进行竖直方向移动，使得真空吸盘4紧贴并吸住混凝土管桩7，即可再提升和平移活动吊具2实现混凝土管桩7的脱模。
