背景技术：
钻头是生产领域机加工过程中重要的工具，在较专业的打孔作业中，特别是直径小于5mm的细孔加工中，钻头更是主要的消耗用品，总体用量及每班用量都是很大的，目前，常见的钻头都是分为两段，上段为钻柄，呈光杆状，为方便钻夹头夹紧部位；下段则为工作部分，加工有螺纹状的刃口，这种单头钻头在加工较细的孔时因为工件的颤动及施加压力的不均匀等原因很易折断，常常造成很大的浪费。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种钻头的新的设计方案，它可以减少浪费。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括钻柄部分，刃口部分，所述钻柄部分处于整根钻头的中段，刃口部分则处在两头。
本设计的有益效果是当一头的刃口折断后还可以使用另一头，延长了使用寿命，减少了浪费，提高了工效。

具体实施方式：
在加工较细的钻头时，适当的减短刃口部分的长度，因为较短的刃口部分会加大其承受折损的强度；同时在钻柄部分如图1中的钻柄部分2的另一端头也加工出对称的刃口部分，这样，当一端的刃口部分被磨损或折损后还可以将钻头倒个使用另一端，钻夹头内的三个夹爪夹住钻柄部分2，而钻夹头内的夹爪上方也还有较大的空间容纳另一端的刃口部分。如此将传统加工的单头钻头改造为双头的，再适当的缩短钻头刃口部分的长度，这样会大大延长其使用寿命，减少了材料消耗，也可适当提高工效。
