本实用新型涉及一种定位装置，具体涉及一种弯板机折弯辅助定位装置。
背景技术
目前，很多带孔弯曲件多数是以边定位方式进行折弯，由于下料误差及钻孔误差累计，以边定位弯曲难以保证弯曲后零件孔到弯曲边的尺寸，极易造成零件合格率低，返修率高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的带孔弯曲件合格率，效率低等问题，提供了一种方便且保证合格率的定位装置。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种弯板机折弯辅助定位装置，包括支架，紧固螺栓、定位销和定位板，支架呈L型，其垂直面和水平面上开有长孔，定位板上带有定位销，其上也开有长孔，定位板和支架可相对移动并可通过螺栓连接紧固在一起，紧固螺栓可穿过支架垂直面的长孔将支架固定在的折弯机上。
实施本实用新型的技术方案，安装定位方便快捷，简单易操作，减少人员数量，大大提高了弯曲效率，而且可以保证产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1-图7所示，本实用新型为一种折弯机折弯专用辅助定位装置，包括支架1，紧固螺栓3、定位销4及定位板2。支架1呈L型，其垂直面和水平面上开有长孔，水平面为角钢，垂直面为钢板，二者焊接为一体，定位板2带有定位销4，其上也开有长孔，定位板2和支架1可相对移动并可通过螺栓5连接在一起，紧固螺栓3可穿过支架1垂直面的长孔将支架1固定在的折弯机上。
工作时，首先将支架1垂直面贴紧折弯机，根据底模高度调整好支架1高度后用紧固螺栓3固定在折弯机上，然后根据弯曲零件孔即定位孔6到折弯线7的距离，调整定位板2相对于用底模位置，调整到位后，用螺栓5将支架1和定位板2紧固，然后将零件定位孔6插入定位销4开始折弯。
本实施例所示零件，其定位孔对称，所以辅助定位装置成对使用，如果定位孔不对称或零件只有单一定位孔，则可以在折弯机再加以侧定位装置，以保证零件折弯线与侧边的平行。

1.一种弯板机折弯辅助定位装置，其特征是：包括支架，紧固螺栓、定位销和定位板，支架呈L型，其垂直面和水平面上开有长孔，定位板上带有定位销，其上也开有长孔，定位板和支架可相对移动并可通过螺栓连接紧固在一起，紧固螺栓可穿过支架垂直面的长孔将支架固定在的折弯机上。
