本实用新型是一种防内漏集流管隔板。包括一块单层隔板,单层隔板的圆周侧面开有凹槽,该凹槽构成与大气相通的间隙;所述凹槽的断面为三角形、矩形、方形或半圆形。或者包括两块分隔板,其中一块分隔板的单面设有多个等高的凸台,两块分隔板将凸台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙;所述凸台为圆形平台、条形平台或矩形平台。或者包括两块分隔板,其中一块或两块分隔板的单面具有锥形平台,两块分隔板将锥形平台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙。由于设有与大气相通的间隙,所以当隔板与集流管之间存在空隙时,换热器内部会通过空隙,经由间隙与大气相通,并通过氦检漏环节被检验出来,这样就避免了问题换热器出厂。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种换热器上使用的零部件,特别是一种防内漏集流管隔板。 
背景技术
微通道换热器的结构如图1所示,其包括集流管1和换热管2,多个换热管2分别跨接在两个集流管1之间。在集流管中,有时需要安装隔板3,隔板3是垂直地插入到集流管内,使隔板的圆周侧面与集流管的内壁密接贴合,这样就将集流管拦腰隔成彼此隔绝的若干段,使整个换热器分割成多个流程。制冷剂从进口管4流入,经过N流程换热器后由出口管5流出。若隔板的圆周侧面与集流管管壁之间留有空隙,就会发生流程N和流程N+1之间“窜气”的现象。窜气会导致部分制冷剂不流经换热管,降低了换热器的换热性能。隔板3的安装,是沿着集流管的径向切出一个半圆的切口,将隔板3顺着切口插入到集流管内,使隔板3的圆周侧面与集流管的内壁密接贴合,然后再焊接之。现有隔板如图2所示,它的圆周侧面是平整的。当隔板和集流管之间有空隙时,由于空隙是隐藏于集流管内部,所以无法靠目视或仪器检测出来,也就不能确保换热器的质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有无法通过目视或仪器检测出集流管与隔板间是否存在空隙的缺陷,发明一种可以使隔板的圆周侧面与集流管管壁之间的空隙与外界相通的防内漏集流管隔板。本隔板的主要特点是单层隔板的圆周侧面设有凹槽,或者是两个分隔板间设有间隙,当隔板与集流管之间存在空隙时,换热器内部会通过空隙,经由隔板上的凹槽或间隙与大气相通,换热器内部与大气相通的情况,可以通过氦检漏环节被检验出来,这样就避免了问题换热器出厂。 
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的: 
所述防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括一块单层隔板,单层隔板的圆周侧面开有凹槽,该凹槽构成与大气相通的间隙。

所述防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括两块分隔板,其中一块分隔板的单面设有多个等高的凸台,两块分隔板将凸台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙。 
所述凸台为圆形凸台、条形凸台或矩形凸台。 
所述防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括两块分隔板,其中一块或两块分隔板的单面具有锥形平台,两块分隔板将锥形平台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙。 
本实用新型的积极效果如下:本实用新型的主要特点是单层隔板的圆周侧面,或者是两个分隔板间,设有与大气相通的间隙,当隔板与集流管之间存在空隙时,换热器内部会通过空隙,经由隔板上的间隙与大气相通,换热器内部与大气相通的情况,可以通过氦检漏环节被检验出来,这样就避免了问题换热器出厂。

如图3所示,所述防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括一块 单层隔板6,单层隔板6的圆周侧面开有凹槽7,该凹槽构成与大气相通的间隙。 
所述凹槽7的断面为三角形、矩形、方形或半圆形。 
如图4图5所示,所述防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括两块分隔板8,其中一块分隔板8的单面设有多个等高的凸台9,两块分隔板8将凸台9夹在中间,使两块隔板8之间构成与大气相通的间隙 
所述凸台9为圆形平台、条形平台或矩形平台。 
如图6所示,其包括两块分隔板8,其中一块或两块分隔板8的单面具有锥形平台10,两块分隔板8将锥形平台10夹在中间,使两块隔板8之间构成与大气相通的间隙。 
本实用新型的主要特点是单层隔板的圆周侧面或者是两个分隔板间,设有与大气相通的间隙,当隔板与集流管之间存在空隙时,换热器内部会通过空隙,经由隔板上的间隙与大气相通,换热器内部与大气相通的情况,可以通过氦检漏环节被检验出来,这样就避免了问题换热器出厂。

1.一种防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括一块单层隔板,单层隔板的圆周侧面开有凹槽,该凹槽构成与大气相通的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:所述凹槽的断面为三角形、矩形、方形或半圆形。
3.一种防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括两块分隔板,其中一块分隔板的单面设有多个等高的凸台,两块分隔板将凸台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:所述平台为圆形平台、条形平台或矩形平台。
5.一种防内漏集流管隔板,其特征在于:其包括两块分隔板,其中一块或两块分隔板的单面具有锥形平台,两块分隔板将锥形平台夹在中间,使两块隔板之间构成与大气相通的间隙。
