背景技术
风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源，越来越受到重视，蕴量巨大。目前，采用风力发电已经成为主要的发电方式之一。风力发电机组作为风力发电的主要设备，价值较高，安装复杂，维护不便，而风力发电机组80％的停机故障是因为齿轮箱问题，比如，齿轮箱体内通常会出现：轴承损坏、齿轮损伤、断轴和渗漏油等情况。所以，如何对齿轮箱内的零件做到全面、方便的润滑，以提高其使用寿命，已成为风力发电机厂家研究的一个方向之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种使用寿命长，润滑全面的喷油环。
一种喷油环设置在齿轮箱内，所述喷油环呈法兰状，环体上设有相通的油道，所述油道的入口端为喷油环外环壁上开设环形油槽，所述油道上还设有与齿轮箱体内零件相沟通的油孔。
