本实用新型公开了一种过滤网模具，包括过滤网(1)、A板(2)、B板(3)、前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)、热流道系统(6)、过滤网拉力器(7)、轴承(8)、过滤网转轴(9)、过滤网固定块(10)。过滤网转轴(9)穿过过滤网(1)装在轴承(8)上，并固定在过滤网固定块(10)上。前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)分别固定在A板(2)跟B板(3)的模框内。过滤网拉力器(7)当过滤网(1)通过模具到地侧后，固定在过滤网(1)上。本实用新型能够有效的解决过滤网与模具粘结的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种模具，尤其是一种用于压制过滤网于模具上在进行注塑的过滤网模具。
背景技术
冰箱冷凝器金属过滤网是冰箱冷凝器的关键部位之一，尺度精度及密封性要求高，对冰箱制冷效果及能耗影响大。原生产工艺存在模具与过滤网不粘合，存在间隙的问题。
实用新型内容
为了克服以上技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种放过滤网模具，能够有效的解决了模具与过滤网不粘和，存在间隙的问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
过滤网模具，包括过滤网(1)、A板(2)、B板(3)、前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)、热流道系统(6)、过滤网拉力器(7)、轴承(8)、过滤网转轴(9)、过滤网固定块(10)。
过滤网转轴(9)穿过过滤网(1)装在轴承(8)上，并固定在过滤网固定块(10)上。前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)分别固定在A板(2)跟B板(3)的模框内。过滤网拉力器(7)当过滤网(1)通过模具到地侧后，固定在过滤网(1)上。
本实用新型能够有效的解决过滤网与模具粘结的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步阐述。
参照图1-2所示，过滤网模具，包括过滤网1、A板2、B板3、前模仁4、后模仁5、热流道系统6、过滤网拉力器7、轴承8、过滤网转轴9、过滤网固定块10。
过滤网转轴9穿过过滤网1装在轴承8上，并固定在过滤网固定块10上。前模仁4，后模仁5分别固定在A板2跟B板3的模框内。过滤网拉力器7当过滤网1通过模具到地侧后，固定在过滤网1上，热流道系统6再进行注塑。

1.过滤网模具，其特征在于：包括过滤网(1)、A板(2)、B板(3)、前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)、过滤网拉力器(7)、轴承(8)、过滤网转轴(9)、过滤网固定块(10)；过滤网转轴(9)穿过过滤网(1)装在轴承(8)上，并固定在过滤网固定块(10)上，前模仁(4)、后模仁(5)分别固定在A板(2)跟B板(3)的模框内，过滤网拉力器(7)当过滤网(1)通过模具到地侧后，固定在过滤网(1)上。
