本实用新型涉及一种电机，尤其涉及一种用于电机上的电机转子。
背景技术
现有电机转子上的转轴为阶梯轴，上面设有多处轴肩，因而加工工艺复杂，先加工转轴与转子头配合部份尺寸，接着用绞刀绞转子头内孔，并将转子头用液压机压入，加工剩余部份转轴尺寸及转子外圆，铣槽或滚螺纹，以及磨削加工等。由于转子头和转轴联在一起加工降低产品的整体钢性，使产品的报废率增大，而且整体转子不利于长期保存，因为转子要长期保存必须要进行表面处理，但整体转子形状较为复杂，表面处理容易引起变形。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、加工工艺简单、易于保存的新型电机转子。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型包括带有内孔的转子头、设于转子头内孔中的转轴，所述转子头内孔上设有安装套，所述转轴与安装套内孔、转子头内孔紧密配合，所述转轴靠近转子头两端无阶梯轴。
由于本实用新型中的转轴两端无阶梯轴，结构简单，而且易于加工；同时有利于转子头与转轴分别加工后进行存放，使用时，只需压装即可。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述：
如图1所示：本实用新型包括带有内孔的转子头1，转子头1内孔中设有转轴2，转子头1内孔上设有安装套3，转轴2与安装套3内孔、转子头1内孔紧密配合，转轴2靠近转子头1两端无阶梯轴。
如图2所示：普通电机转子包括带有内孔的转子头10，转子头10内孔中设有转轴11，转轴11与转子头10内孔紧密配合，转轴11一端设有阶梯轴。
