一种铣竹内节设备，包括机架、设置于机架上的刀架和电动机，在所述刀架的顶端设有轴承，轴承内设有转轴，所述电动机通过皮带与转轴的一端传动连接，转轴的另一端为铣刀套筒，该铣刀套筒内套设有铣刀。
所述铣刀套筒上和铣刀上均设有键槽，键槽内设有键，铣刀套筒通过键与铣刀传动连接。
所述铣刀的外径小于待去除内节的竹段的内经。
在铣刀下方的机架上设有接料斗，在机架的左端设有脚踏开关。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，在所述刀架的顶端设有轴承，轴承内设有转轴，所述电动机通过皮带与转轴的一端传动连接，转轴的另一端为铣刀套筒，该铣刀套筒内套设有铣刀，这种结构的铣竹内节设备，操作者拿着待去节竹段套进铣刀后，贴着铣刀绕一圈，内节便可去除，快速、高效、干净彻底。

作为优选，所述铣刀套筒401上和铣刀5上均设有键槽402，键槽402内设有键，铣刀套筒401通过键与铣刀5传动连接。这种结构，铣刀5与铣刀套筒401的连接更稳固可靠。
再进一步的优化，所述铣刀5的外径小于待去除内节7的竹段6的内经。这种结构，无需将铣刀直径做的很大，操作者拿着待去节竹段套进铣刀后，贴着铣刀绕一圈，内节便可去除，快速、高效、干净彻底，大大降低了设备造价，粗、细竹段的内节均可去除，通用性强。

1.一种铣竹内节设备，包括机架（1）、设置于机架（1）上的刀架（2）和电动机（8），其特征在于：在所述刀架（2）的顶端设有轴承（3），轴承（3）内设有转轴（4），所述电动机（8）通过皮带（10）与转轴（4）的一端传动连接，转轴（4）的另一端为铣刀套筒（401），该铣刀套筒（401）内套设有铣刀（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铣竹内节设备，其特征在于：所述铣刀套筒（401）上和铣刀（5）上均设有键槽（402），键槽（402）内设有键，铣刀套筒（401）通过键与铣刀（5）传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铣竹内节设备，其特征在于：所述铣刀（5）的外径小于待去除内节（7）的竹段（6）的内经。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铣竹内节设备，其特征在于：在铣刀（5）下方的机架（1）上设有接料斗（9），在机架（1）的左端设有脚踏开关（11）。
