本实用新型涉及铝质工程车散热器中的一个关键零件-散热带。
背景技术
目前,公知的铝质工程车散热器为管带式结构,由散热带、冷却管、主片、侧板、水室等连接组成。散热带是其中二种散热元件中的一种,由铝箔带材滚压成矩形波形状,散热带两面(散热管的接触面)没有进行褶皱,但是由于与散热管接触面积有限制,影响了散热性能和产品质量。
发明内容
为了使散热带与散热管的接触面积更大,使铝质工程车散热器的散热性能和产品质量更好,本实用新型提供一种将散热带的两面加强筋褶皱起来的散热带结构,可实现上述目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将矩形散热带两面的加强筋进行折皱,折成波浪形状的加强筋结构,两端边缘部分各留3.5mm不进行褶皱,以保证散热带边缘的美观。本实用新型的有益效果是:可以提高散热带的强度,有效提高散热性能。

具体实施方式
在图1和图3中,将铝质散热带的两面加强筋进行褶皱处理,褶皱后两面加强筋成波浪形状,两端边缘部分各留3.5mm不进行褶皱。
