背景技术
电梯配重块是将金属熔炼成符合一定要求的液体并浇进铸型里,经冷却凝固,清整处理后得到有预定形状,尺寸和性能的铸件的工艺过程。电梯配置块的封头的焊接加工工艺,目前没有专门的焊接装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电梯配重块的下料振动装置,在向骨架内灌注砂浆的同时,对砂浆进行振动夯实,提高了配重块的整体强度。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
电梯配重块的下料振动装置,包括有底板,所述底板上端面的的四个拐角处分别固定有螺栓,前、后排的两个螺栓之间放置有压板,压板与底板之间夹置有配重块骨架,底板下方垫置有振动电机。
所述的振动电机的下端设有橡胶垫。
本实用新型在向骨架内灌注砂浆的同时,对砂浆进行振动夯实,提高了配重块的整体强度。
