Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种焊接结构件防变形工装,具体说是一种便捷式焊接工艺撑。 
背景技术
目前在焊接结构件时,多数情况下为通过点焊刚性较好的圆钢或钢管作为工艺撑来控制焊接变形,虽然可以达到控制焊接变形的目的但是额外增加了打磨掉工艺撑的工序,且会对工件表面造成破坏。 
发明内容
本实用形的目的便是提供一种结构简单,使用方便的防变形便捷式焊接工艺撑。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在支撑板的两端一侧各设有夹爪,在两夹爪的内侧各设有挡块,在所述夹爪和挡块上分别设有紧固螺栓。 
通过以上设置,在焊接工件之前,可将本实用新型放置在需控制焊接变形的部位,用紧固螺栓将工件加紧,进行焊接,达到控制变形的目的。焊接完成后只需将紧固螺栓松开,即可将本实用新型取下,且不会对工件表面造成破坏。

具体实施方式
如图1、所示,本实用新型在支撑板1的两端一侧各设有夹爪5,在两夹爪5的内侧各设有挡块2,在所述夹爪5和挡块2上分别设有紧固螺栓3。通过以上设置,在焊接工件4之前,可将本实用新型放置在需控制焊接变形的部位,用紧固螺栓3将工件4加紧,进行焊接,达到控制变形的目的。焊接完成后只需将紧固螺栓3松开,即可将本实用新型取下,且不会对工件4表面造成破坏。
