本实用新型是一种压力锅自锁排气装置，主要包括锅盖，装在锅盖上的排气阀、自锁按钮和杠杆，其中自锁按钮结构类似于可伸缩圆珠笔的棘轮自锁结构，当按下按钮后，按钮自锁在低位，并压下杠杆一端，使杠杆另一端翘起，同时托起阀帽，排气阀打开；当再次按下按钮后，按钮会弹起并保持在高位，杠杆在弹簧的作用下回到原位，同时阀帽依靠自重回位，排气阀则关闭。通过杠杆实现了远程操作，防止用户被烫伤，又通过自锁按钮，只需要用户轻轻按动一下按钮就可以实现完全排气泄压，方便了用户的操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及压力锅技术领域，特别是一种按钮自锁安全排气泄压装置。
背景技术
压力锅是通过在锅内密封的状态下加热水和食物，水被烧开后产生蒸汽，使锅内的气压升高，从而使水的沸点升高，锅内的温度也随之升高，以达到快速烹制食物的目的。
在食物烹制完成后，压力锅内的气压超过大气压，此时打开锅盖很危险，所以要先降低锅内的气压。有两种方法可以降低锅内的气压。一是等压力锅的温度降低，此方法等待时间较长，给使用者带来不便；另外就是加装泄压阀，通过泄压阀将锅内的高温高压蒸汽快速排出来以降低锅内的气压，实现烹饪结束后快速开盖。现在一般的家用压力锅都是通过第二种方法来泄压的。
泄压阀排出的是高温蒸汽，所以为了保护用户的人身安全，应将泄压操作装置远离泄压阀，为此中国专利ZL200720026299.3设计了一种电压力锅放气结构，此结构通过按住按钮带动杠杆来撬动泄压阀从而达到安全泄压的目的。但是此结构需要用户一直按住按钮直到没有蒸汽排出为止，给用户的操作带来了极大的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述的问题，提供一种结构简单、操作方便的压力锅自锁排气装置，无需一直按住按钮即可实现快速安全排气。
实现本实用新型目的技术方案是，一种压力锅自锁排气装置，包括锅盖和装在锅盖上的排气阀，其中锅盖包括上盖和下盖，排气阀包括阀芯和阀帽；上盖设有通孔，通孔内设有只能上下滑动的滑动轴，滑动轴下端设有棘齿；滑动轴下方设有转轴，转轴上端设有棘齿，滑动轴下端的棘齿与转轴上端的棘齿匹配以实现转轴高低位切换和自锁；转轴下方设有杠杆，转轴下端压在杠杆的一端，并且杠杆此端下方设有弹簧；杠杆另一端上方托住阀帽。
上述的杠杆中段穿有销轴，销轴铰接有固定座，固定座通过螺钉固定在下盖上。
上述的滑动轴顶端套有按钮。
上述压力锅自锁排气装置实际是自锁按钮、杠杆和排气阀的交叉组合，其中自锁结构类似于可伸缩圆珠笔的棘轮自锁结构，当按下按钮后，按钮自锁在低位，并压下杠杆一端，使杠杆另一端翘起，同时托起阀帽，排气阀打开，进行排气；当再次按下按钮后，按钮会弹起并保持在高位，杠杆在弹簧的作用下回到原位，同时阀帽依靠自重回位，排气阀则关闭。因此本实用新型无需一直按住按钮即可实现快速排气，结构简单、使用安全方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型包括锅盖和装在锅盖上的排气阀，其中锅盖包括上盖2和下盖10，排气阀包括阀芯9和阀帽11；上盖2设有通孔2a，通孔内设有滑动轴3，滑动轴3在通孔2a内只能上下滑动，滑动轴3下端设有棘齿；滑动轴3顶端套有按钮1，滑动轴3下方设有转轴4，转轴4上端设有棘齿，滑动轴3下端的棘齿与转轴4上端的棘齿匹配啮合以实现转轴4高低位切换和自锁；转轴4下方设有杠杆6，杠杆6中段穿有销轴7，销轴7铰接有固定座8，固定座8通过螺钉固定在下盖10上；转轴4下端压在杠杆6的一端，并且杠杆6此端下方设有弹簧5；杠杆6另一端上方托住阀帽11。
当按一下按钮1，滑动轴3和转轴4同时向下移动，就克服了弹簧力将杠杆6一端压下，使杠杆6另一端翘起，则托起阀帽11打开排气阀，同时在滑动轴3和转轴4的棘齿配合作用下使转轴4旋转到低位并在弹簧5的作用力下自锁，使排气阀保持在打开的状态，使用者无需一直按压按钮1；排气泄压结束后，再次按一下按钮1，在滑动轴3和转轴4的棘齿配合作用下转轴4旋转到高位，在弹簧5的作用力下自锁，杠杆6在弹簧5的作用下回位，阀帽11依靠自重落下，排气阀关闭。
Claims (3)
1.一种压力锅自锁排气装置，包括锅盖和装在锅盖上的排气阀，其中锅盖包括上盖和下盖，排气阀包括阀芯和阀帽；其特征是：所述的上盖设有通孔，通孔内设有只能上下滑动的滑动轴，滑动轴下端设有棘齿；滑动轴下方设有转轴，转轴上端设有棘齿，滑动轴下端的棘齿与转轴上端的棘齿匹配以实现转轴高低位切换和自锁；转轴下方设有杠杆，转轴下端压在杠杆的一端，并且杠杆此端下方设有弹簧；杠杆另一端上方托住所述的阀帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力锅自锁排气装置，其特征是：所述的杠杆中段穿有销轴；销轴铰接有固定座，固定座通过螺钉固定在所述的下盖上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力锅自锁排气装置，其特征是：所述的滑动轴顶端套有按钮。
