本实用新型涉及一种以可变速比传送旋转运动的齿轮传动装置,具体来讲涉及一种多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器。其包括设置在变速器壳体(1)内的输入轴(2)、与输入轴(2)平行设置的两根传动轴(3)、承接传动轴(3)输出动力的两根输出轴(4)、差速器(5),各挡位主动齿轮设置在输入轴(2)上,在两根输出轴(4)的动力输入端分别设有行星齿轮机构(7),该行星齿轮机构(7)在承接传动轴(3)的输出转速时,通过离合器(6)控制各自的齿圈(71)结合状态,向输出轴(4)输出相对传动轴(3)的转速可变的旋转动力。用上述技术方案,扩大了变速器的输出速比。

多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种以可变速比传送旋转运动的齿轮传动装置,具体来讲涉及一种多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器。 
背景技术
双离合器变速器通常由两个彼此独立的分动器组成,每个分动器的功能与手动换挡变速器相同,各分动器配置了一个片式离合器,两个离合器在DCT油中运转,其根据相关的挡位由机电控制,以调节其开启或闭合。现有的双离合器变速器结构中,一般包括一个设置在变速器壳体内的输入轴、与输入轴平行设置的两根输出轴、差速器,其中输入轴为一根实心轴和一根空心轴插套组成,各挡位主动齿轮设置在输入轴上,如一、三、五、倒挡主动齿轮设置在实心轴上,二、四、六挡主动齿轮固定在空心轴上,在两个离合器和电控单元的控制下,选择性的与设置在两根传动轴上的各挡位从动齿轮啮合后,通过输出轴将动力输出至差速器,实现了动力由发动机的输出。在上述结构中,两个离合器各自负责一条传动轴与飞轮啮合传递动作,引擎动力便会由其中一条传动轴作出无间断传送。 
发明内容
本实用新型是对现有技术结构的改进,进而提供了在上述多级传送动力的基础上,扩大变速器的输出速比的多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器,包括设置在变速器壳体内的输入轴、与输入轴平行设置的两根传动轴、承接传动轴输出动力的两根输出轴、差速器,所述的各挡位主动齿轮设置在输入轴上,并在电控单元的控制下,选择性的与设置在传动轴上的各挡位从动齿轮啮合后,通过输出轴将动力输出至差速器,在两根输出轴的动力输入端分别设有行星齿轮机构,该行星齿轮机构在承接传动轴的输出转速时,通过离合器控制各自的齿圈结合状态,向输出轴输出相对传动轴的转速可变的旋转动力。 
作为对上述方式的限定,所述的行星齿轮机构的太阳轮与传动轴动力输出端相连,行星架与输出轴的动力输入端相连,所述的离合器可控的使齿圈与行星架或变速器壳体结合。 
采用上述技术方案,由于在各输出轴的动力输入端分别设有行星齿轮机构,该机构通过离合器的控制,由行星齿轮机构的太阳轮作为动力输入承载部件,行星架作为动力输出的承载部件,使行星齿轮机构的齿圈选择性的与行星架或变速器壳体结合,实现了对太阳轮承载的旋转动力进行多一级的改变,进而扩大了变速器的输出速比。

具体实施方式
由图1所示可知,本实用新型的多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器,包括设置在变速器壳体1内的输入轴2、与输入轴2平行设置的两根传动轴3、承接传动轴3输出动力的两根输出轴4、差速器5及两个离合器6,其中,输入轴2采用现有的插套结构,即由实心轴和空心轴的插套形式,各挡位的主动齿轮分布设置在输入轴2上,如通常采用的将一、三、五、倒挡主动齿轮固定在实心轴上,二、四、六挡主动齿轮固定在空心轴上,在两个传动轴上分别固定有与实心轴的主动齿轮、空心轴的主动齿轮相啮合的各挡位从动齿轮,通过电控单元对每组挡位齿轮中的各挡位齿轮选择控制,实现各挡位齿轮的旋转动力输送至差速器5上。如上的描述均为现有技术采用的结构,本实用新型涉及的方案是对如上示意性描述的结构的改进,具体来讲,是在两根输出轴4的动力输入端分别设有行星齿轮机构7,该行星齿轮机构7在承接传动轴3的输出转速时,通过离合器6控制各自的齿圈71结合状态,向输出轴4输出相对传动轴3的转速可变的旋转动力。 
以其中一个行星齿轮机构7为例,其具有齿圈71、太阳轮72,设置在太阳轮72与齿圈71之间的行星轮74以及行星架73,其中,太阳轮72以传动轴2为轴固定在传动轴2的动力输出端,行星架73以输出轴4为轴固定在输出轴4的动力输入端,离合器6可选择性的控制齿圈71与行星架73或变速器壳体1进行结合。 
在使用时,齿圈71通过离合器6与行星架73结合时,太阳轮72与行星架73输入输出速率相同,此时,行星齿轮机构7对传动轴3与输出轴4之间的变速比为一;当行星齿轮机构的齿圈71通过离合器6与变速器壳体1结合时,行星齿轮机构7的行星架73与太阳轮72的转速比等于太阳轮72与齿圈71的齿数比,此时,行星齿轮机构7对传动轴3与输出轴4之间的变速比大于一,实现了动力的再次调整,扩大了变速器输出的速比范围。

1.一种多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器,包括设置在变速器壳体(1)内的输入轴(2)、与输入轴(2)平行设置的两根传动轴(3)、承接传动轴(3)输出动力的两根输出轴(4)、差速器(5),所述的各挡位主动齿轮设置在输入轴(2)上,并在离合器和电控单元的控制下,选择性的与设置在传动轴(3)上的各挡位从动齿轮啮合后,通过输出轴(4)将动力输出至差速器(5),其特征在于:在两根输出轴(4)的动力输入端分别设有行星齿轮机构(7),该行星齿轮机构(7)在承接传动轴(3)的输出转速时,通过离合器(6)控制各自的齿圈(71)结合状态,向输出轴(4)输出相对传动轴(3)的转速可变的旋转动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多级速比的汽车双离合器变速器,其特征在于:所述的行星齿轮机构(7)的太阳轮(72)与传动轴(3)动力输出端相连,行星架(73)与输出轴(4)的动力输入端相连,所述的离合器(6)可控的使齿圈(71)与行星架(73)或变速器壳体(1)结合。
