本实用新型公开了一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体,在壳体设有极柱的这一面外侧设有端子槽。所述端子槽槽口与壳体槽口同方向设置,端子槽上端面低于壳体上端面。端子槽两相对边内侧设有端子定位凹槽,与接线端子铜片匹配。本实用新型能有效降低蓄电池的安装空间高度,同时,由于接线铜片位于壳体的一端外侧,与外部电器连接极为方便。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池领域,尤其涉及一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池与外部电器的连接,是通过铜金属连接于蓄电池的极柱而实现的。目前,铜金属与极柱的连接方式有两种,一种是将用于接线的铜金属与铅合金整体浇铸制成,也就是我们通常所见的铜芯铅合金极柱,另一种是将用于接线的铜片焊接于极柱,连接后的铜片呈S形竖在蓄电池的盖子上。对于以上连接方式,缺陷是占用蓄电池空间高度较大,尤其对整车厂家来说无疑会浪费车厢的空间即降低了用户的舒适度,而且铅酸蓄电池本身体积就较大,设计时,应尽可能压缩蓄电池的空间高度,否则,会给后续使用造成诸多不便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体,既不增大蓄电池安装的高度尺寸,与外部电器的连接又很方便。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体,在壳体设有极柱的这一面外侧设有端子槽。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述端子槽槽口与壳体槽口同方向设置,端子槽上端面低于壳体上端面。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是,端子槽两相对边内侧设有端子定位凹槽,与接线端子铜片匹配。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点。
本实用新型能有效降低蓄电池的安装空间高度,同时,由于接线铜片位于壳体的一端外侧,与外部电器连接极为方便。

如图1、2所示,一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体,在壳体1设有极柱的这一面外侧设有端子槽2。
所述端子槽槽口与壳体槽口同方向设置,端子槽上端面低于壳体上端面。
如图1所示,端子槽两相对边内侧设有端子定位凹槽2.1,与接线端子铜片匹配。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种设有端子定位槽的蓄电池壳体,其特征在于:端子槽(2)两相对边内侧设有端子定位凹槽(2.1),与接线端子铜片匹配。
