本实用新型涉及一种接料装置，尤其是一种将冲床内废料与成品分离的接料装置。
背景技术
在汽车风扇的制造过程中，转子片的需求量很高，而大多数企业都是使用冲床制造风扇部件，部件的成品和废料经过模具压制后，需要人们在冲床上手工将废料与成品分离，而成品和废料也较难分离，这样无疑使工人们的工作量加大。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种将转子片成品和废料分离的接料装置。
一种接料装置，包括固定装置、调位装置、第一固定螺栓、固定块、连杆、活动装置、活动杆、第二固定螺栓和接料片，调位装置固定于固定装置上，连杆上部通过第一固定螺栓固定于调位装置上，连杆下部通过第二固定螺栓固定于活动装置上，活动装置通过活动杆固定于固定块上，连杆下端与接料片连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：通过接料装置的接料片，插入到模具中，将风扇部件的成品与废料分离，并将废料取出。

如图1所示，一种接料装置，包括固定装置1、调位装置2、第一固定螺栓3、固定块4、连杆6、活动装置7、活动杆5、第二固定螺栓8和接料片9，调位装置2固定于固定装置1上，连杆6上部通过第一固定螺栓3固定于调位装置2上，连杆6下部通过第二固定螺栓8固定于活动装置7上，活动装置7通过活动杆5固定于固定块4上，连杆6下端与接料片9连接。
实施例1
如图1所述，在将部件的成品与废料分离的过程中，推动活动装置7将接料片插入至冲床上的上下模板之间，将部件的成品与废料分离，并将转子片废料从冲床上取出。
