技术领域:本实用新型属电工机械设备,具体涉及一种绕线机用推线压线装置。 
背景技术:在电机的生产制造过程中,绕组绕到绕线模上,现有推线压线结构复杂,加工难度大。 
本实用新型内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动化程度高、互锁性好、动作可靠,满足绕线机绕线要求的推线压线装置。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种推线压线装置,在定位弯板两侧设四个导向孔;两个导柱套装在定位弯板的四个导向孔套内;两导柱中间设有升降气缸,升降气缸上活塞杆与定位弯板相连;升降气缸下端活塞杆与连接杆相连;连接杆下端设有联接螺母;气缸固定板设两孔与两导柱下端轴连接;气缸固定板底部设有压线板,压线板底部设有压板;压线板一侧设有推线机构;推线机构是在压线板一侧与气缸固定座连接,气缸固定座与推线气缸外圆固连。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,通过推线气缸活塞杆伸出,升降气缸升带动压线板及推线气缸升降,完成推线和压线,因而具有互锁性好、动作可靠、自动化程度高、生产效率高的优点。

具体实施方式:参考图1、图2。一种推线压线装置,在定位弯板8两侧设四个导向孔;两个导柱7分别对应套装在定位弯板8的四个导向孔套内;两导柱7中间设有升降气缸6,升降气缸6上活塞杆与定位弯板8相连;升降气缸6 下端活塞杆与连接杆5相连;连接杆5下端设有联接螺母4,气缸固定板2设两孔与两导柱7下端轴连接;气缸固定板2底部设有压线板3,压线板3底部设有压板1;压线板3一侧设有推线机构;推线机构是在压线板3一侧与气缸固定座10连接,气缸固定座10与推线气缸9外圆固连。 
使用时,通过推线气缸9活塞杆伸出,升降气缸6升带动压线板3及推线气缸9升降,完成推线和压线,因而具有互锁性好、动作可靠、自动化程度高、生产效率高的优点。

1.一种推线压线装置,其特征是:在定位弯板(8)两侧设四个导向孔;两个导柱(7)套装在定位弯板(8)的四个导向孔套内;两导柱(7)中间设有升降气缸(6),升降气缸(6)上活塞杆与定位弯板(8)相连;升降气缸(6)下端活塞杆与连接杆(5)相连;连接杆(5)下端设有联接螺母(4);气缸固定板(2)设两孔与两导柱(7)下端轴连接;气缸固定板(2)底部设有压线板(3),压线板(3)底部设有压板(1);压线板(3)一侧设有推线机构;推线机构是在压线板(3)一侧与气缸固定座(10)连接,气缸固定座(10)与推线气缸(9)外圆固连。
