背景技术
在射芯机、铸造机等生产过程中，砂芯加工完成后，需要进行卸料操作，一般的卸料操作都是人工手动进行接料、取走操作，其工作效率较低，操作者劳动负担较大，给流水生产线的高效操作产生影响。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种气动卸料装置，其结构简单，能够方便地实现接料卸料操作，提高效率。 
其技术方案是这样的：其特征在于，其包括底座，所述底座上设置移动小车，所述移动小车连接移动气缸，所述移动小车上端设置升降气缸，所述升降气缸的活塞杆连接接件平板。
其进一步特征在于，所述底座上设置与所述移动小车的车轮配合的导轨； 
所述底座一侧设置侧板，所述移动气缸固定连接所述移动小车，所述移动气缸的活塞杆连接所述侧板；
所述接件平板底部设置两个导杆，所述移动小车上设置与所述导杆配合的通孔。
采用本实用新型的结构后，移动小车通过移动气缸移动到位，升降气缸的活塞杆伸出，将接件平板升起到接料位置，等待接料，当接件平板上一处接料完毕后，移动小车移动一段距离，接收下一砂芯，实现一次进行多料接收，直到接件平板上没有空间继续接料时，移动气缸驱动移动小车移走，将接件平板上接收的砂芯取走，完成卸料，其结构简单，能够方便地实现接料卸料操作，提高效率。

具体实施方式
见图1所示，一种气动卸料装置，其包括底座1，底座1上设置移动小车2，移动小车2连接移动气缸3，移动小车2上端设置升降气缸4，升降气缸4的活塞杆连接接件平板5，接件平板5上接收了多个砂芯9；底座1上设置与移动小车2的车轮6配合的导轨（图中未画出），实现移动小车2的导向作用；底座1一侧设置侧板7，移动气缸3固定连接移动小车2，移动气缸3的活塞杆连接侧板7；接件平板5底部设置两个导杆8，移动小车2上设置与导杆8配合的通孔（图中未画出），更好地实现接件平板5的导向。

1.一种气动卸料装置，其特征在于，其包括底座，所述底座上设置移动小车，所述移动小车连接移动气缸，所述移动小车上端设置升降气缸，所述升降气缸的活塞杆连接接件平板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动卸料装置，其特征在于，所述底座上设置与所述移动小车的车轮配合的导轨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动卸料装置，其特征在于，所述底座一侧设置侧板，所述移动气缸固定连接所述移动小车，所述移动气缸的活塞杆连接所述侧板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动卸料装置，其特征在于，所述接件平板底部设置两个导杆，所述移动小车上设置与所述导杆配合的通孔。
