Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种无缝LED显示屏,用于改善LED单元模块之间的拼接缝隙状况,使LED显示屏在使用的过程中呈现无缝效果。该显示屏包括封装单元,封装单元包括外壳,外壳包括横向部分和纵向部分;在外壳横向部分的表面上设有条状的插槽,插槽的横截面呈倒梯形,由外向里逐渐增大;两个拼在一起的封装单元,它们的横向部分的插槽的槽口相对,在两个插槽内插入一根硬质插条,该插条恰好与两个插槽过隙配合。本实用新型主要用于LED显示屏上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED显示屏。
背景技术
现有的LED显示多数都由单元封装模块拼接而成。拼接的LED显示屏方便维修,如果发现有坏点就可以将坏点所在单元模块换掉即可,维护成本较低。如图1所示,但是拼装的LED单元模块在层叠的过程中,LED显示屏呈现拼接缝隙100,这种缝隙明显影响屏的美观,甚至缝隙太大还会影响观看显示内容。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种无缝LED显示屏,用于改善LED单元模块之间的拼接缝隙状况,使LED显示屏在使用的过程中呈现无缝效果。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种无缝LED显示屏,包括封装单元,封装单元包括外壳,外壳包括横向部分和纵向部分;在外壳横向部分的表面上设有条状的插槽,插槽的横截面呈倒梯形,由外向里逐渐增大;
两个拼在一起的封装单元,它们的横向部分的插槽的槽口相对,在两个插槽内插入一根硬质插条,该插条恰好与两个插槽过隙配合。
优选地:所述硬质插条为铝合金材质。
本实用新型的有益效果:
相比现有技术,本实用新型在LED单元模块的外壳的横向部分设置了插槽结构,在两个相邻的单元模块的相对的两个插槽内插入插条,由于插条和插槽是过隙配合,所以两个单元模块会仅仅的连接在一起,这样,只要插槽和插条有较好的精度,两个单元模块之间的拼接缝隙会减小到设计要求。如果显示屏所有的单元模块都按本实用新型的技术方案实施,则整个LED显示屏则不会出现影响播放效果的缝隙暗线。

本实用新型的实施例如图2和图3所示。
封装单元包括外壳6,外壳6包括横向部分和纵向部分;在外壳横向部分7的表面上设有条状的插槽4,插槽4的横截面呈倒梯形,由外向里逐渐增大。两个拼在一起的封装单元,它们的横向部分的插槽的槽口相对,在两个插槽内插入一根硬质插条5,该插条5与两个插槽过隙配合。硬质插条5优选为铝合金材质。在封装单元3上还有管脚1和电路板2。

1.一种无缝LED显示屏,包括封装单元,封装单元包括外壳,外壳包括横向部分和纵向部分,其特征在于:在外壳横向部分的表面上设有条状的插槽,插槽的横截面呈倒梯形,由外向里逐渐增大;
两个拼在一起的封装单元,它们的横向部分的插槽的槽口相对,在两个插槽内插入一根硬质插条,该插条恰好与两个插槽过隙配合。
