本实用新型公开了一种摆线针齿型减速机,包括齿轮轴、行星轮、摆线轮、曲柄轴,曲柄轴两端设置支持曲柄轴运转的轴承,曲柄轴两端设置支持曲柄轴运转的轴承,采用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承。本实用新型结构合理,大大增强了曲柄轴的强度,使减速机中的强度薄弱易损环节得到大幅度改善,提高了减速机的抗冲击性能,同时提高了工作精度,而且还降低了曲柄轴及支撑部件的轴向尺寸精度,方便了机械加工。

[0002] 目前,用于工业机器人及其它机械领域中精密摆线针齿型减速器,它是一种利用几根曲柄轴在支撑部件(即输出轴组合体)中旋转,使几个带有摆线齿形的外齿轮作偏心摆动运转。
[0003] 一般这种偏心摆动减速中曲柄轴安装在支撑部件中,其两端支持运转的轴承,目前都选用圆锥滚子轴承,因圆锥滚子轴承具备承受径向与轴向联合负荷,且外圈与内圈可分别安装,所以给减速器支撑部件的组合拼装带来了方便,但实际工作过程中,由于曲柄轴承受了非常大的径向负荷和一定的轴向负荷,同时减速器在大径向负荷下要尽量减小回差,所以曲柄轴在径向大负荷下仍必须保持精密的运转。为此,曲柄轴两端的圆锥滚子轴承在装配中采用精密的预过盈安装。这样的结构,势必造成机械加工中对曲柄轴及支撑部件等零件轴向尺寸控制相当精密严格,而且由于圆锥滚子轴承高度的不一致,造成装配中必须选配及单台制作。同时,圆锥滚子轴承在曲柄轴受大径向负载下,对曲柄轴的弯曲变形控制较差,这样,必然会造成减速器大负载下回差的增大。而且预过盈按装必然会造成运转中发热现象,恶化整个减速器圈运外状况。

[0007] 本实用新型结构合理,将曲轴柄两端支持运动的轴承由常规的圆锥滚子轴承改为无内圈圆柱滚子轴承,曲柄轴轴径顺利成章地制作成内圈的尺寸,在不改变其他部件尺寸的情况下,使曲柄轴轴承部外径得到增大,大大增强了曲柄轴的强度,使减速机中的强度薄弱易损环节得到大幅度改善,提高了减速机的抗冲击性能,同时具有高抗弯能力的曲柄轴, 又使得减速机在大负载下减小了回差,提高了工作精度,而且还降低了曲柄轴及支撑部件的轴向尺寸精度,方便了机械加工;同时由于取消了过盈装配,可使曲柄轴在高速运转中获得合适的轴向间隙,从而消除了相当的发热源,使这类减速器的工作更加安全、可靠、精密、 长寿。
