本实用新型公开了一种车用无叶风扇,该车用无叶风扇的出风环与电机安装腔通过卡扣连接并可绕电机安装腔旋转360°,电机安装腔内安装有旋转主轴架及电机,旋转主轴架置于出风环与电机之间,电机上设有出风导向罩,电机的输出轴靠后盖一端安装有涡轮增压风机,靠旋转主轴架一端安装有带摇头控制杆的齿轮箱,齿轮箱经连杆与旋转主轴架内的旋转主轴连接,支撑主轴伸出电机安装腔外并设有轴座,轴座与夹子上的支撑杆经销轴连接并设有锁定件;电机安装腔的后盖与固定板扣接。本实用新型结构简单,拆装简便,安装方式多样化,体形较小,外形美观,由于风叶不露出外面,因此使用安全,且不易于积灰尘,清洁也方便,而且风向可以随意调节。

本实用新型涉及一种散热工具,具体是一种车用无叶风扇。
背景技术
传统的车用风扇是通过直流电机直接驱动风扇叶片来切割空气打出气流,高速运转的风扇扇叶和疏密程度有限的网罩存在一定的安全隐患,尤其是对于好奇的儿童,而且传统的风扇扇叶极易吸附灰尘,清洁不方便,需要拆卸网罩才能进行清洁操作。为此,申请人发明了专利申请号为“201120052605.7”,实用新型名称为“车用无叶风扇”,该风扇可以解决上述传统车用风扇存在的缺陷,但它仍有不足之处,如安装方式不够多样化、体积较大、外形不够美观等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有安装方式多样化、体形较小的车用无叶风扇。
本实用新型以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:本实用新型车用无叶风扇包括出风环1、电机安装腔12,出风环1内的风腔2与电机安装腔12之间相互连通,出风环1与电机安装腔12通过卡扣连接并可绕电机安装腔12旋转360°,电机安装腔12内安装有旋转主轴架4及通过电机固定罩18安装有电机15,旋转主轴架4置于出风环1与电机15之间,电机上设有出风导向罩3,电机15的输出轴17靠后盖21一端安装有涡轮增压风机14,靠旋转主轴架4一端安装有带摇头控制杆19的齿轮箱13,齿轮箱13经连杆11与旋转主轴架4内的旋转主轴5连接,支撑主轴6伸出电机安装腔12外并设有轴座7,轴座7与夹子8上的支撑杆9经销轴10连接并设有锁定件;电机安装腔12的后盖21与固定板22扣接。
所述涡轮增压风机14的外侧设有风轮罩20。
本实用新型结构简单,拆装简便,安装方式多样化,体形较小,外形美观,它是利用涡轮增压的原理让空气快速、均匀的从出风环里出来达到凉爽的效果,由于风叶不露出外面,因此,更节能低碳,使用安全,且不易于积灰尘,清洁也方便,而且风向可以随意调节,特别适合有车却计划经济型或不喜欢使用空调的那一族。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
出风环1内的风腔2与电机安装腔12之间相互连通,出风环1与电机安装腔12通过卡扣连接并可绕电机安装腔12旋转360°,电机安装腔12内安装有旋转主轴架4及通过电机固定罩18安装有电机15,旋转主轴架4置于出风环1与电机15之间,电机15上设有出风导向罩3,电机15的输出轴17靠后盖21一端安装有涡轮增压风机14,靠旋转主轴架4一端安装有带摇头控制杆19的齿轮箱13,涡轮增压风机14的外侧设有风轮罩20,以进一步集中风力,齿轮箱13经连杆11与旋转主轴架4内的旋转主轴5连接,支撑主轴6伸出电机安装腔12外并设有轴座7,轴座7与夹子8上的支撑杆9经销轴10连接并设有锁定件;电机安装腔12的后盖21与固定板22扣接。
本实用新型采用的电机15为直流电机,为了便于同时安装齿轮箱13及涡轮增压风机14,其输出轴比传统结构的电机输出轴要长,并且伸出电机的两端。
使用时,启动电机15,电机15的输出轴17便带动涡轮增压风机14及齿轮箱3工作,涡轮增压风机14产生旋转的风流后经出风导向罩3、旋转主轴架4后进入出风环1的风腔2内,再经环形出风口16产生达到倍增的效果并平稳出风。
当需要旋转出风环1的角度时,可以直接用手掰动出风环1,直到调整至合适的角度;当需要出风环1的风流有自动摆向时,可通过齿轮箱13上的摇头控制杆19使连杆11带动旋转主轴5作一定幅度的转动,从而实现有自动摆向的风流输出。
本实用新型可通过夹子8安装在车内的任何位置,也可以通过固定板22安装在车内合适的位置。
若采用夹子8安装后,当需要转动出风环1的位置时有以下方法:①可直接将出风环1转动一定角度即可;②也可将连接支撑杆9与轴座7的锁定件松开,调整至合适角度后再将锁定件扣紧。
若采用固定板22安装后,当需要转动出风环1的位置时,可直接将电机安装腔12转动一定角度即可。

1.车用无叶风扇,包括出风环(1)、电机安装腔(12),其特征在于:出风环(1)内的风腔(2)与电机安装腔(12)之间相互连通,出风环(1)与电机安装腔(12)通过卡扣连接并可绕电机安装腔(12)旋转360°,电机安装腔(12)内安装有旋转主轴架(4)及通过电机固定罩(18)安装有电机(15),旋转主轴架(4)置于出风环(1)与电机(15)之间,电机(15)上设有出风导向罩(3),电机(15)的输出轴(17)靠后盖(21)一端安装有涡轮增压风机(14),靠旋转主轴架(4)一端安装有带摇头控制杆(19)的齿轮箱(13),齿轮箱(13)经连杆(11)与旋转主轴架(4)内的旋转主轴(5)连接,支撑主轴(6)伸出电机安装腔(12)外并设有轴座(7),轴座(7)与夹子(8)上的支撑杆(9)经销轴(10)连接并设有锁定件;电机安装腔(12)的后盖(21)与固定板(22)扣接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用无叶风扇,其特征在于,所述涡轮增压风机(14)的外侧设有风轮罩(20)。
