背景技术
太阳能铸锭坩埚装料前需喷涂氮化硅以隔离石英坩埚与硅液。在喷涂过程中需加热石英坩埚，使氮化硅液均匀的吸附在坩埚表面，形成粉状涂层。现有的坩埚加热旋转台存在一些问题：如为了保护加热板的电缆走线，旋转轴上需装有限制旋转角度限位装置，现有的装置经常被撞坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种铸锭坩埚加热旋转台，降低故障率，提高使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于坩埚喷涂加热旋转台的限位装置，限位装置为凸块撞击限位装置，在凸块撞击限位装置的限位凸块两侧都装有缓冲器或橡胶垫。
本实用新型的有益效果是：限位装置的改进降低了设备的故障率，减少了维修费用。

如图1所示，一种用于坩埚喷涂加热旋转台的限位装置，限位装置为凸块撞击限位装置，在凸块撞击限位装置的限位凸块13两侧都装有缓冲器或橡胶垫14，在冲量一致的情况下延长了受力时间，减小撞击的力量。
