本实用新型涉及一种生物质颗粒燃料成型机，属生物质颗粒压制机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的生物质颗粒燃料成型机，由机架、安装在机架上的支承轴、安装在支撑轴上的环模和设在环模中的中心压轮，设在环模入料口的送料槽、设在送料槽中的连接于送料电机轴的送料轴、固接在送料轴上的送料螺旋、以及驱动环模转动的带轮机构及主电机所构成。由送料螺旋将粉料送人环模中，在中心压轮和环模的相互作用下制得生物质颗粒燃料。这种生物质颗粒燃料成型机的缺点是环模内温度高，粉料中的水分在环模中形成的蒸汽导致进料不畅甚至完全堵塞；环模内的高温还造成中心压轮的轴承部件受损，故障率高，须经常停机检修，严重影响机子的工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有生物质颗粒燃料成型机的上述缺点，提供一种能将环模内的高温蒸汽排出机体、大大降低其故障率的生物质颗粒燃料成型机。
实现本实用新型目的的免堵式生物质颗粒燃料成型机由机架、安装在机架上的支撑轴、安装在支撑轴上的环模和设在环模中的中心压轮，设在环模入料口的送料槽、设在送料槽中的连接于送料电机的送料螺旋、驱动环模转动的带轮机构及主电机所构成，其特征是所述的支撑轴为空心轴，空心轴的伸在环模中的那端的端部设有一孔板，空心轴的另一端接有一引风机。工作时环模内的高温蒸汽在引风机的作用下经空心轴端面的孔板进入空心轴、再经空心轴侧壁上的通孔进入风室被引风机引出机体外。从而有效的避免了高温蒸汽在环模内滞留，一方面保证了粉料进入的通畅，同时也使环模内的温度得以降低，保证了环模内的压轮组件不受高温的损害。空心轴端部的孔板保证了粉料不会大量进入空心轴。
与前述现有同类产品相比，本实用新型的优点是有效地降低了环模中的工作温度和高温蒸汽的形成，不会发生进料堵塞和高温损坏压轮组件的现象，大大减低了机子的故障率，提高了机子的连续工作时间和生产效率。

如图1所示，本免堵式生物质颗粒燃料成型机由机架9、安装在机架9上的支撑轴6、安装在支撑轴6上的环模5和设在环模5中的中心压轮4，设在环模入料口的送料槽3、设在送料槽3中的连接于送料电机1的送料螺旋2、驱动环模5转动的带轮机构7及主电机8所构成，其特征是所述的支撑轴6为空心轴，空心轴的伸在环模中的那端的端部设有一孔板11，空心轴的另一端接有一引风机10。工作时环模5内的高温蒸汽在引风机10的作用下经空心轴6端面的孔板11进入空心轴6、再经空心轴被引风机10引出机体外。图中12为环模5的出料孔。
