Abstract

一种电子装置前盖,包括本体,该本体通过一次注塑塑胶形成,该电子装置前盖还包括密封垫,该密封垫通过二次注射橡胶材料成型于该本体上。本实用新型还提供一种应用上述电子装置前盖的电子装置。

电子装置前盖及具有该前盖的电子装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子装置前盖,尤其涉及一种应用于电子装置上的电子装置前盖。
背景技术
电子装置一般都包括前盖、显示组件及密封垫,前盖上设有一视窗,密封垫夹持于该视窗与该显示组件之间以防止粉尘进入显示组件。现有的密封垫由泡棉材质制成,泡棉材质制成的密封垫被显示组件和视窗压缩夹持而实现密封功能。然而组装电子装置时需要先将泡棉材质的密封垫安装于前盖上,然后将上述前盖与显示组件组装,由此导致电子装置的组装过程较为繁琐。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种方便组装的、且具有密封功能的的电子装置前盖。
此外,还有必要提供一种应用上述电子装置前盖的电子装置。
一种电子装置前盖,包括本体,该本体通过一次注塑塑胶形成,该电子装置前盖还包括密封垫,该密封垫通过二次注射橡胶材料成型于该本体上。
一种电子装置,包括前盖及安装于该前盖上的显示组件,该前盖包括本体,该前盖还包括密封垫,该密封垫通过注射成型形成于该本体上,且该密封垫夹持于该本体与该显示组件之间。
上述电子装置前盖的本体上成型有密封垫,将电子装置前盖组装成电子装置便能防止粉尘等其他细小物质进入电子装置的显示组件。且组装上述电子装置时,只需将显示组件安装于前盖上便可组装成具有防粉尘功能的电子装置,因此上述电子装置还方便于组装。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2及图3,本实用新型电子装置以一较佳实施例的手机为例加以说明。手机100包括一前盖10、一显示组件20及一电路板30,显示组件20固定于前盖10与电路板30之间。
前盖10包括一本体12及一成型于本体12上的密封垫14。本体12的一面开设有一用以容置显示组件20及电路板30的容置腔122。本体12上设有一视窗124,视窗124嵌设于形成容置腔122的底壁126上,密封垫14容置于容置腔122内并围绕视窗124固定于底壁126上。
本体12由热塑性塑料注塑形成。该热塑性塑料可为聚乙烯(PE )、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚丙烯(PP )、聚苯乙烯(PS )、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、尼龙(Nylon )、聚碳酸酯(PC )、聚氨酯(PU)、聚四氟乙烯(特富龙, PTFE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等,上述热塑性塑料还可以为以上任意两种或多种材料的组合。
密封垫14由热塑性橡胶形成。该热塑性橡胶可为聚氨酯橡胶(TPU)、聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、聚烯烃橡胶 (TPO) 等热塑性橡胶中的任一种或任何几种的组合。
上述前盖10的制造方法包括如下步骤:
提供一第一注射模具,向第一注射模具的模腔内注射熔融的热塑性塑料以成型上述本体12。该热塑性塑料可为聚乙烯(PE )、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚丙烯(PP )、聚苯乙烯(PS )、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、尼龙(Nylon )、聚碳酸酯(PC )、聚氨酯(PU)、聚四氟乙烯(特富龙, PTFE)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等,上述热塑性塑料还可以为以上任意两种或多种材料的组合。
提供一第二注射模具,将上述本体12置于第二注射模具的模腔内,并向第二注射模具的模腔内注入熔融的热塑性橡胶。该热塑性橡胶可为聚氨酯橡胶(TPU)、聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、聚烯烃橡胶 (TPO) 等热塑性橡胶中的一种或几种的组合。该熔融热塑性橡胶充填所述第二注射模具的模腔而成型一与本体12一体成型的上述密封垫14。
冷却所述第二注射模具,即得到一所述前盖10,而后将该前盖10取出,即完成一所述前盖10的制造。
组装手机100时,只需将显示组件20置于前盖10的密封垫14上,再将电路板30压合于密封垫14上,直至密封垫14被压紧于显示组件20与视窗124之间,手机100便组装完毕。
上述前盖10的本体12上成型有密封垫14,将前盖10组装成手机100便能防止粉尘及其他细小物质进入手机100的显示组件20。且组装上述手机100时,只需将显示组件20及电路板30安装于前盖10上便可组装成具有防粉尘功能的手机100。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子装置前盖,包括本体,该本体通过一次注塑塑胶形成,其特征在于:该电子装置前盖还包括密封垫,该密封垫通过二次注射橡胶材料成型于该本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置前盖,其特征在于:该本体上设有视窗,该密封垫固定于该视窗的周围。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置前盖,其特征在于:该本体由热塑性塑料形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置前盖,其特征在于:热塑性塑料由以下任一材料或两种以上组合的材料组成:聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子装置前盖,其特征在于:该密封垫由热塑性橡胶形成。
6.一种电子装置,包括前盖及安装于该前盖上的显示组件,该前盖包括本体,其特征在于:该前盖还包括密封垫,该密封垫通过注射成型形成于该本体上,且该密封垫夹持于该本体与该显示组件之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该本体上设有视窗,该密封垫固定于该视窗的周围。
8.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该本体由热塑性塑料形成。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于:热塑性塑料由以下任一材料或两种以上组合的材料组成:聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
10.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该密封垫由热塑性橡胶形成。
