本实用新型涉及一种防水土工材料,尤其涉及一种表面具有防滑功能的防水土工材料。 
背景技术
众所周知,土工材料中用于防水的复合土工膜,其表面上的纤维像动物的皮毛一样,柔软光滑,摩擦力极小,在复合土工膜应用于高铁路基建设工程中,复合土工膜要铺设在防冻融保温板上面,防冻融保温板表面光滑,因此复合土工膜与防冻融保温板之间的摩擦力极小,在施工时复合土工膜容易滑动,既影响施工进度,又会影响施工质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有防水用复合土工膜应用于高铁路基建设工程中,复合土工膜与防冻融保温板之间摩擦力小,容易滑动,以至于影响施工进度与工程质量的问题,提供一种表面粗糙、摩擦系数大的糙面复合土工膜。 
本实用新型解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:糙面复合土工膜为三层结构,上、下层为无纺土工织物,中间为防水板,所述的上、下层无纺土工织物表面为烧结点,表面粗糙,不再有飘浮的纤维。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:糙面复合土工膜的表面粗糙,摩擦系数加大,应用时不再滑动,能够保证施工进度和施工质量。

具体实施方式
实施例1:糙面复合土工膜在生产过程中,在其卷曲前增加火焰闪喷装置,对其上、下表面进行火焰喷射,将其表面漂浮的纤维烧结成结点,然后再卷曲成型、包装。 
实施例2:在高铁路基施工时,先铺设好防冻融保温板,再将糙面复合土工膜铺设到防冻融保温板上面,由于糙面复合土工膜的表面带有烧结点,摩擦力大大增加,不再产生滑动,可以提高施工进度与质量。
