Abstract

背景技术
在铸钢丸生产的过程中，最终需要对其进行称量包装，现有的生产线是利用秤磅对其进行称量的，就是将包装袋置于秤磅上进行灌装，当袋内的铸钢丸达到预定量就进行包装，整个包装过程需要人工操作计量，具有称量不准确和费事的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铸钢丸自动计量装置，用于提高包装生产线的自动化水平。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：该种铸钢丸自动计量装置，其特征是，包括料斗，所述料斗的出料管上设置一个电磁阀门，所述出料管的正下方设置一个称量斗，所述称量斗的下底为由气缸控制的可以启闭的门体，且在所述称量斗上安装有称重传感器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过控制系统，首先电磁阀门打开将称量斗内充入预定的物料，然后电磁阀门关闭，气缸控制称量斗下底的门体打开，铸钢丸进入包装袋，每次正好为一包物料，提高了包装的准确度和效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该种铸钢丸自动计量装置，包括料斗1和称量斗2。
料斗1是暂存物料的，在料斗下方的出料管上设置一个电磁阀门3，用于控制落料，电磁阀门3受控制系统的控制，在出料管的正下方设置一个称量斗2，称量斗安装在机架上。称量斗的下底为由气缸4控制的可以启闭的门体5，且在称量斗上安装有称重传感器，通过称重传感器可以感知称量斗内的物料重量。
通过控制系统，首先电磁阀门打开将称量斗内充入预定的物料，此时称重传感器自动计量称量斗内物料的重量，当称量斗内的物料达到预期的重量时，电磁阀门关闭，同时气缸控制称量斗下底的门体打开，铸钢丸进入包装袋6，提高了包装的效率。配合控制系统的控制可以提高包装的自动化水平。
