背景技术
目前,对于一些外圆精度比较高的薄壁件,在磨床上直接磨削,会有两个弊端:一是不能吸合,固定效果不好;二是磨削面比较薄,磨削时会使受力面发生变形,影响光洁度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决背景技术所述问题,而提供一种既便于吸合,又能保证薄壁件能较好固定的薄壁件磨削工装。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种薄壁件磨削工装,包括纯铁块和铜块,所述纯铁块和铜块相间排列,由黄铜螺栓连接成一体,其底面为平面,中部上方加工成圆台形凸起,该圆台形凸起的外形尺寸与被磨削工件的内腔尺寸相同。
本实用新型所述圆台形凸起起顶进工件薄壁面的作用,下部和磨床工作面能保持严格的平行。而现有技术中,磨削薄壁件时直接用挡块挡住工件外沿,这样做仅仅能限制工件移动,工件用磨床加工时,还是不能保证它的光洁度。因此与现有技术相比,本实用新型能够更好的加工出光洁的表面。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1,本实施例薄所述壁件磨削工装由纯铁块2、铜块3、黄铜螺栓4组成,纯铁块2和铜块3相间排列,由黄铜螺栓4连接成一体,其底面为平面,中部上方加工成圆台形凸起,该圆台形凸起的外形尺寸与被磨削的薄壁件1的内腔尺寸相同。
本实施例中所述纯铁块2厚度为18mm,铜块3厚度为4mm。
加工薄壁件1时,先把薄壁件1底面去除高点,不能有残渣附着在内腔,然后再把本工装与磨床接合面的底面及与薄壁件1结合的圆台形凸起表面清理干净。把工装平整的放置在磨床的工作台面上并紧密贴合,按磨床吸合开关即可进行磨削加工。工装的圆台形凸起把薄壁件1支撑住,工装中的黄铜螺栓4可以辅助吸合效果。

1.一种薄壁件磨削工装,包括纯铁块和铜块,其特征在于,所述纯铁块和铜块相间排列,由黄铜螺栓连接成一体,其底面为平面,中部上方加工成圆台形凸起,该圆台形凸起的外形尺寸与被磨削工件的内腔尺寸相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄壁件磨削工装,其特征在于,所述纯铁块厚度为18mm,铜块厚度为4mm。
