 本实用新型专利涉及流体控制技术领域，特别是一种顶装式球阀。
背景技术
顶装式球阀因其具有在线维修功能而深受用户喜爱，其设计制作难点在退阀座机构，目前的顶装式球阀基本采用楔块机构退阀座，该机构比较复杂，加工精度要求高，同时在使用中可能会出现因楔块脱落现象而无法退阀座，不能在线维修。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有项装式球阀存在退阀座机构复杂、难于实现在线维修等技术问题，以提供一种具有简单可靠的退阀座机构、可真正实现阀门在线维修功能的顶装式球阀。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本实用新型的顶装式球阀，包括带外螺纹弹簧座4套设于阀座3的外周；弹簧座螺母5套设于带外螺纹弹簧座4的外周，两者通过螺纹相连接；带外螺纹弹簧座4靠近球体2的端面上沿圆周方向均布有数个水平盲孔，盲孔内装置弹簧，弹簧的一端与阀座3相接。
本实用新型的顶装式球阀，其中所述的阀体1上设有防退机构，其位于弹簧座螺母5朝向阀杆6的一侧，防退机构由销9和套接在销9上的O形圈10组成，销9的中心线与阀体1的水平中心线相交，弹簧座螺母5的外周距离阀体1水平中心线的长度大于销9的端部距离阀体1水平中心线的长度。
本实用新型顶装式球阀的有益效果：
1.提高阀门退阀座机构的可靠性；
2.完全实现了在线维修功能；
3.有效降低制造成本。

如附图1-3，本实用新型的顶装式球阀，包括带外螺纹弹簧座4套设于阀座3的外周；弹簧座螺母5套设于带外螺纹弹簧座4的外周，两者通过螺纹相连接；带外螺纹弹簧座4靠近球体2的端面上沿圆周方向均布有数个水平盲孔，盲孔内装置弹簧，弹簧的一端与阀座3相接。阀体1上设有防退机构，其位于弹簧座螺母5朝向阀杆6的一侧，防退机构由销9和套接在销9上的O形圈10组成，销9的中心线与阀体1的水平中心线相交，弹簧座螺母5的外周距离阀体1水平中心线的长度大于销9的端部距离阀体1水平中心线的长度。
本实用新型的顶装式球阀，包括阀体、安在阀体中的球体、阀座、带外螺纹弹簧座、弹簧座螺母、防退机构以及球体、与球体连接的阀杆，采用螺纹阀座结构，依靠旋转弹簧座螺母5来带动带外螺纹弹簧座4，带外螺纹弹簧座4带动阀座3向球体2方向移动实现密封，向球体2反向移动退出阀座3拿出球体2实现在线维修，同时在弹簧座螺母5前端设有防退机构，防止弹簧座螺母5在旋转时直接退出，阀座和弹簧座不动。采用以上结构后，有效的降低了制造成本，提高了阀门退阀座机构的可靠性能，完全实现了在线维修功能。

1.一种顶装式球阀，其特征在于：带外螺纹弹簧座（4）套设于阀座（3）的外周；弹簧座螺母（5）套设于带外螺纹弹簧座（4）的外周，两者通过螺纹相连接；带外螺纹弹簧座（4）靠近球体（2）的端面上沿圆周方向均布有数个水平盲孔，盲孔内装置弹簧，弹簧的一端与阀座（3）相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶装式球阀，其特征在于：所述的阀体（1）上设有防退机构，其位于弹簧座螺母（5）朝向阀杆（6）的一侧，防退机构由销（9）和套接在销（9）上的O形圈（10）组成，销（9）的中心线与阀体（1）的水平中心线相交，弹簧座螺母（5）的外周距离阀体（1）水平中心线的长度大于销（9）的端部距离阀体（1）水平中心线的长度。
