背景技术
目前在机械加工领域，常见的高速冲床主要由机座以及设置在机座内的工作台和机架组成，机架上设有驱动单元，机架顶部设有控制箱，驱动单元上连接有上模座，工作台上设有位于上模座下方的下模座，这种冲床在冲压加工中产生的铁屑等废料从机座底部排出，由收料桶收纳，加工中经常出现收料桶装满铁屑从桶中溢出的现象，溢出的铁屑进入机座内之后很难清理，给机械加工带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种可对排出的铁屑进行监测的冲床。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种冲床，包括机座以及设置在机座内的工作台和机架，机架上设有驱动单元，机架顶部设有控制箱，驱动单元上连接有上模座，工作台上设有位于上模座下方的下模座，所述的机座底部设有满料感应器，所述的控制箱上设有与满料感应器连接的声光报警器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：机座底部设有满料感应器，当收料桶满料时，满料感应器会输送信号到声光报警器，提醒操作人员更换收料桶，从而避免出现铁屑溢出的现象。
