背景技术
轧机是一种实现金属轧制过程的设备,由轧辊﹑轧辊轴承﹑机架以及相关控制系统等多个部件组成,其中最重要的部件是轧辊,轧辊需要接一手柄以安装在轧机支架上,之前所用的轧机其结构如图1所示,为中间辊下辊11和手柄13采用螺栓12连接,共6颗螺栓,因其每次上线轧机和上磨床研磨时都必须安装及拆卸手柄,在安装和拆卸过程中,由于轧机精度高,公差配合极高,因此拆卸困难,耗费人力物力。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种中间下辊的结构,操作者可省去安装和拆卸操作。 
本实用新型所述中间下辊,包括中间辊下辊,手柄与中间辊下辊为焊接或一体成型的方式连接。

中间下辊,其结构如下: 
如图2所示,中间下辊,包括中间辊下辊1,手柄2与中间辊下辊1通过焊接的方式或一体成型的方式连接在一起。
将中间辊下辊1和手柄2一体成型,可增强中间下辊的强度,能增强使用寿命的同时提高其劳动效率。 
综上所述,本实用新型已提供方便、适用的中间下辊,有效解决传统装置长期存在的拆装不便、劳动强度大及精度低等问题。
