技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种淬火器,尤其涉及一种用于大节距链轮的淬火感应器。
背景技术
 对小节距链轮进行淬火时,一般采用一次加热来实现轮齿和轮槽同时硬化。而对大节距链轮淬火时,只能采用对轮齿部进行扫描淬火,达到齿部硬化的目的,而且轮槽底根本没有硬化,从而降低大节距链轮的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种能够使大节距链轮轮齿、轮槽同时淬火,形成完整硬化区域,达到延长大节距链轮使用寿命的淬火感应器。
本实用新型提供的一种大节距链轮淬火感应器,包括进水管及出水管,所述进水管及出水管分别与轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线相连通,轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线内设有导磁体,所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线通过汇流条与电源相接;所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线下端设置开有喷水孔的冷却水圈。
所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线与冷却水圈之间安装有绝缘垫板。
所述大节距链轮淬火感应器两侧还设有冷却喷水扇形板。
所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线顶部为圆弧形。
本实用新型可以对大节距链轮的轮齿、轮槽同时加热淬火,淬火层硬度均匀,加热效率高。而且结构简单,成本低廉,经久耐用。

    实施例1
参见图1,本实用新型提供的一种大节距链轮淬火感应器,包括进水管1及出水管2,所述进水管1及出水管2分别与轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3相连通,轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3内设有导磁体4,所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3通过汇流条5与电源相接;所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3下端设置开有喷水孔的冷却水圈6。
所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3与冷却水圈6之间安装有绝缘垫板7。
所述大节距链轮淬火感应器两侧还设有冷却喷水扇形板8,可以对已经淬火部位进行背面喷水冷却,避免淬火后的轮齿因退火而影响质量。
所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线3顶部为圆弧形,起到了避免尖角效应的作用。

1.一种大节距链轮淬火感应器,包括进水管及出水管,其特征在于:所述进水管及出水管分别与轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线相连通,轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线内设有导磁体,所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线通过汇流条与电源相接;所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线下端设置开有喷水孔的冷却水圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的大节距链轮淬火感应器,其特征在于:所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线与冷却水圈之间安装有绝缘垫板。
3.如权利要求1所述的大节距链轮淬火感应器,其特征在于:所述大节距链轮淬火感应器两侧还设有冷却喷水扇形板。
4.如权利要求1所述的大节距链轮淬火感应器,其特征在于:所述轮齿轮槽仿形加热导线顶部为圆弧形。
