本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池,具体指用于制造铅酸蓄电池的宽矮型极耳板栅。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池包括极板、隔板和电池壳体,其中,极板是由板栅经涂膏工艺制成。现有由宽矮型极耳板栅制成的宽矮型极耳极板分为单极耳结构和多极耳结构,单极耳结构不利于大电流放电,多极耳结构虽能解决大电流放电问题,但电池同极性多端子结构造成电池盖的端子孔多,极板的极耳多,按传统生产工艺很难进行大批量生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足提供一种既能使电池以更大电流放电,又能按传统工艺进行大批量生产的多级极耳板栅。
本实用新型包括大极耳、边框、竖筋条和横筋条,其特征在于还包括多个并联设置的小极耳和集流体,所述多个小极耳的一端与边框连接,另一端通过集流体与大极耳连接。
本实用新型在保留现有单极耳输出结构的同时,通过在单极耳下增设多个并联设置的小极耳,即采用多级极耳结构,既能使电池以更大电流放电,又能按传统工艺进行大批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例:本实用新型包括大极耳1、边框2、竖筋条3和横筋条4,以及多个并联设置的小极耳5和集流体6,所述多个小极耳5的一端与边框2连接,另一端通过集流体6与大极耳1连接,其中,小极耳5的数量由板栅的宽度决定,通常情况下,板栅越宽,则小极耳5的数量越多,反之,则小极耳5的数量越少。
本实用新型可采用传统挤膏工艺制成宽矮型极耳极板,进一步与隔板和电池壳体及其它辅助材料一起即可制成铅酸蓄电池。

1.一种多级极耳板栅,包括大极耳(1)、边框(2)、竖筋条(3)和横筋条(4),其特征在于还包括多个并联设置的小极耳(5)和集流体(6),所述多个小极耳(5)的一端与边框(2)连接,另一端通过集流体(6)与大极耳(1)连接。
