本发明涉及一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,属于动力蓄电池领域,其特征在于:正板栅厚度为2.8mm~6mm,正、负板栅合金、正极活性物质和负极活性物质的组成如下:正板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:0.06%~0.08%Ca,1%~1.60%Sn,0.02%~0.04%Al,0.01%~0.04%Cu,0.008~0.05%Ag,0.002%~0.0085La,余量为铅;通过合理的配方,使得蓄电池在硫酸体系中的耐腐蚀性得到了很大的提高,使得板式极板铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命得到了有效的延长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,属于动力蓄电池领域。
背景技术
板式极板铅酸蓄电池生产工艺比较简单:因为用涂板机涂板速度快,污染小,便于加工,而且极板可以做的很薄,从而使蓄电池的瞬间放电大。因此板式极板铅酸蓄电池是汽车启动电池的首选,也是备用阀控电池生产中应用最广的一种蓄电池生产方式。
然而在电动汽车生产中,由于电动汽车对电源的特殊要求,比如:长时率,长寿命,大容量,因此目前各厂家基本上都采用管式极板铅酸蓄电池。管式极板铅酸蓄电池的特点在于:使用寿命比板式极板铅酸蓄电池增加一倍,但是容量比板式电池小20%。
本发明在研究上述两种蓄电池各自特点的基础上,为了解决板式蓄电池容量大、使用寿命短,而管式蓄电池容量小,使用寿命长的问题,综合利用两种蓄电池的长处,对蓄电池的板栅厚度进行了改进,同时改进了蓄电池合金的组分以及活性物质的组成配方,生产出一种长寿命的板式极板铅酸蓄电池。
通过以下步骤,制得一个完整的蓄电池:紧装配板式涂膏极板作为正极板和负极板,正极板与正极板并联焊接,负极板与负极板并联焊接,插上隔板后形成一个单极电池组,然后将多个单极电池组穿壁连接。
发明内容
根据现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有更长使用寿命的板式极板铅酸蓄电池。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:正板栅厚度为2.8mm~6mm,正、负板栅合金、正极活性物质和负极活性物质的组成如下:
正板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.06%~0.08%Ca,
1%~1.60%Sn,
0.02%~0.04%Al,
0.01%~0.04%Cu,
0.008~0.05%Ag,
0.002%~0.0085La,
余量为铅;
负板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.1%~0.12%Ca,
0.5%~1%Sn,
0.02%~0.04%Al,
余量为铅;
正极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
纳米TI2O3晶须0.1%~1%,
硫酸钴0.2%~0.6%,
导电纤维0.2%~0.8%,
聚四氟乙烯0.5%~1.%,
润湿剂0.1%~0.2%,
短纤维0.02%~0.1%,
余量为铅;
负极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
硫酸钡0.4%~1.2%,
腐植酸0.3%~0.8%,
木素磺酸纳0.1%~0.2%,
炭黑0.2%~1%,
半碳化木屑0.2%~0.8%,
润湿剂0.1%~0.2%,
短纤维0.02%~0.1%,
余量为铅。
所述的短纤维为1-6mm。
所述的润湿剂为乙二醇或甘油。
所述的导电纤维的长度为1-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过合理的配方,使得蓄电池在硫酸体系中的耐腐蚀性得到了很大的提高,使得板式极板铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命得到了有效的延长。

实施例1
一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:正板栅厚度为2.8mm,正、负板栅合金、正极活性物质和负极活性物质的组成如下:
正板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.06%Ca,
1%Sn,
0.02%Al,
0.01%Cu,
0.008%Ag,
0.002%La,
余量为铅;
负板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.1%Ca,
0.5%Sn,
0.02%Al,
余量为铅;
正极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
纳米TI2O3晶须0.1%,
硫酸钴0.2%,
导电纤维(1-3mm)0.2%,
聚四氟乙烯0.5%,
润湿剂0.1%,
短纤维(1-6mm)0.02%,
余量为铅;
负极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
硫酸钡0.4%,
腐植酸0.3%,
木素磺酸纳0.1%,
炭黑0.2%,
半碳化木屑0.2%,
润湿剂0.1%,
短纤维0.02%,
余量为铅。
通过上述配方得到的铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命为500循环。

一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:正板栅厚度为6mm,正、负板栅合金、正极活性物质和负极活性物质的组成如下:
正板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.08%Ca,
1.6%Sn,
0.04%Al,
0.04%Cu,
0.05%Ag,
0.0085%La,
余量为铅;
负板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.12%Ca,
1%Sn,
0.04%Al,
余量为铅;
正极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
纳米TI2O3晶须1%,
硫酸钴0.6%,
导电纤维(1-3mm)0.8%,
聚四氟乙烯1%,
润湿剂0.2%,
短纤维(1-6mm)0.1%,
余量为铅;
负极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
硫酸钡1.2%,
腐植酸0.8%,
木素磺酸纳0.2%,
炭黑1%,
半碳化木屑0.8%,
润湿剂:0.2%,
短纤维0.1%,
余量为铅。
通过上述配方得到的铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命为580循环。

一种板式极板铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:正板栅厚度为4mm,正、负板栅合金、正极活性物质和负极活性物质的组成如下:
正板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.07%Ca,
1.30%Sn,
0.03%Al,
0.02%Cu,
0.02%Ag,
0.0045%La,
余量为铅;
负板栅合金各组分的质量百分数配方为:
0.11%Ca,
0.7%Sn,
0.03%Al,
余量为铅;
正极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
纳米TI2O3晶须0.6%,
硫酸钴0.4%,
导电纤维(1-3mm)0.5%,
聚四氟乙烯:0.7%,
润湿剂:0.15%,
短纤维(1-6mm):0.07%,
余量为铅;
负极活性物质各组分的质量百分数配方为:
硫酸钡:0.6%,
腐植酸:0.5%,
木素磺酸纳:0.15%,
炭黑:0.8%,
半碳化木屑:0.55%,
润湿剂0.15%,
短纤维:0.07%,
余量为铅。
通过上述配方得到的铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命为530循环。

0.02%~0.04%Al,
0.01%~0.04%Cu,
0.008~0.05%Ag,
0.002%~0.0085La,
余量为铅;
负板栅合金各组分的质量百分数为:
0.1%~0.12%Ca,
0.5%~1%Sn,
0.02%~0.04%Al,
余量为铅;
正极活性物质各组分的质量百分数为:
纳米Ti2O3晶须0.1%~1%,
硫酸钴0.2%~0.6%,
导电纤维0.2%~0.8%,
聚四氟乙烯0.5%~1%,
润湿剂0.1%~0.2%,
短纤维0.02%~0.1%,
余量为铅;
负极活性物质各组分的质量百分数为:
硫酸钡0.4%~1.2%,

4.根据权利要求1所述的板式极板铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于所述的导电纤维的长度为1-3mm。
