 本实用新型涉及一种离合器分离轴承密封结构。
背景技术
离合器分离轴承结构中,外圈内端面和内圈端面为间隙,通常采用图1的结构,此类结构轴承内部的油脂在高温时易甩出及外部灰尘易进入,特别是重型卡车离合器分离轴承工作温度高,对轴承的寿命有比较大的影响。
发明内容
为了改善分离轴承外圈内端面和内圈端面密封问题,本实用新型提供一种新型离合器分离轴承密封结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
离合器分离轴承密封结构,其特征是:内圈端面设有装密封圈的槽,槽内装入软体密封圈,密封圈有软唇,软唇和外圈内端面有接触,产生密封防止油脂甩出和防尘。
 在外圈内端面和内圈端面增加一种软体密封圈,延长轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
 下面结合附图进一步说明:
离合器分离轴承密封结构,是在内圈2端面加工一个装密封圈的槽,设计一种软体密封圈3,软体密封圈3装入内圈2端面槽内,软体密封圈3的软唇和外圈1内端面产生接触密封,防止轴承高温旋转时油脂甩出和外界粉尘进入轴承内部,延长轴承的使用寿命。
