目前,用电积法生产金属所用的阴极板的导电棒是由不锈钢或钛包裹铜制成,铜的强度比钢材要低,价格昂贵。
发明内容
为了使阴极板的导电棒少用铜,承重量大,导电性能好,本实用新型把导电棒分层设计。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:设计一个横截面是方形的长铁条,长铁条的外面包裹一层铜是导电层,导电层横截面是方形,导电层外面又包裹一层钢或者钛是外覆层,长铁条包裹铜的两端没有外覆层,长铁条包裹铜的两头放置在电解槽的两边,电解槽中的阴极板分上下两部分,上面是导电棒,导电棒是长铁条、导电层和外覆层组成,导电棒下面连接一块方形电解板,方形电解板的上边与导电棒下面连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,阴极板使用时间长,成本下降,承重量增加,节省原料。

在图1中,设计一个横截面是方形的长铁条(1),长铁条(1)的外面包裹一层铜是导电层(2),导电层(2)横截面是方形,导电层(2)外面又包裹一层钢或者钛是外覆层(3),长铁条(1)包裹铜的两端没有外覆层(3),长铁条(1)包裹铜的两头放置在电解槽(4)的两边,阴极板分上下两部分,上面是导电棒(6),导电棒(6)是长铁条(1)、导电层(2)和外覆层(3)组成,导电棒(6)下面连接一块方形电解板(5),方形电解板(5)的上边与导电棒(6)下面连接。
