背景技术
目前，皮带输送机的皮带是被夹在部件的两边安装固定在两边的支撑板之间，安装、更换皮带时，非常不方便。安装皮带时，先把皮带套上皮带承重台、滚轴、电动机传动主轴、刮刀、皮带张紧装置，再安装固定于两边的固定支撑板上；更换皮带时，先把皮带承重台、滚轴、电动机传动主轴、刮刀、皮带张紧装置从两边的固定支撑板上拆下，换上皮带再重新装上，这样就给生产、维修带来费时费力，从而影响生产。 
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种侧拆装皮带输送机，克服现有技术的缺陷，拉起皮带张紧装置，整条皮带就可以从侧边方便快速安装更换，解决皮带输送机拆装皮带的费时费力。 
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的技术解决方式为，把安装固定在两边支撑板之间的部件改为，把安装固定部件安装固定在一边支撑固定板上，皮带就不会被夹在两边固定支撑板之间。这样安装更换皮带时，拉起皮带张紧装置就可以从侧边把整条皮带装上或换下。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：生产或使用皮带输送机的企业，在拆装皮带时，就方便快捷拆装皮带，解决了生产和维修的费时费力，从而提高生产效率。

结合附图的实施方案 
皮带承重台(2)通过支架(3)安装固定在输送机一侧的固定支撑板(1)里面上，滚轴(4)安装在皮带承重台(2)两端。通过滚轴(4)的皮带(10)切入皮带轮(5)。皮带轮(5)可根据实际需要上下左右移动在固定支撑板(1)上确定某一点，这点就是电机传动主轴(6)和皮带轮(5)安装位置点。电机传动主轴(6)穿孔通过固定支撑板(1)，固定在固定支撑板(1)背面上。皮带轮(5)套进电机传动主轴(6)。皮带张紧装置(7)安装在皮带(10)转动方向内侧。皮带张紧装置固定转轴(8)穿孔通过固定支撑板(1)，安装固定在固定支撑板(1)背面上，由弹簧伸缩驱动转轴转动。皮带张紧装置(7)套进皮带张紧装置固定转轴(8)，一起转动。皮带张紧装置(7)另一端装有皮带张紧防偏轮(9)，压住皮带。刮刀(11)安装在皮带轮(5)和皮带 张紧装置(7)之间的皮带(10)面这边，通过支架(3)安装固定在固定支撑板(1)里面上。刮刀(11)用来清除皮带(10)面上粘连物。底座(12)通过支架(3)安装固定在固定支撑板(1)里面上。另一边的固定支撑板可做成活动盖板。根据实际需要而安装底座和活动盖板。 
这样把要安装固定部件安装固定在一边支撑固定板上，皮带就不会被夹在两边固定支撑板之间，安装更换皮带时，拉起皮带张紧装置就可以从侧边把整条皮带装上或换下，解决了拆装皮带的费时费力，从而提高生产效率。 
虽然已结合具体实施例对本实用新型作了详细的描述，但是显而易见的是，这对此不构成任何限制，本领域的普通技术人员可根据所掌握的知识对所有技术等同物及它们组合进行替换，这些都落入本实用新型保护的范围之内。

1.一种侧拆装皮带输送机，至少包括皮带、皮带承重台、电动机传动主轴、皮带轮、皮带张紧装置、皮带张紧装置固定转轴、固定支撑板，其特征是：皮带承重台、电动机传动主轴、皮带张紧装置固定转轴安装在皮带输送机一边的固定支撑板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧拆装皮带输送机，其特征在于所述的皮带承重台两端装有滚轴。
