背景技术：
传统的管道闸阀经长期拧动与阀杆产生间隙，容易漏水，材料选用上采用金属件，特别是阀底壳采用铸铁件或铜件，易锈蚀、损坏，从而影响水质，结构复杂，密封性差易漏水。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种结构合理、密封效果好、不易锈蚀损坏的一种管道闸阀。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种管道闸阀，包括阀底壳，阀底壳的上部设有阀门头子，阀门头子的上部设有密封套，密封套的外部套有六方压帽，贯穿阀门头子、密封套、六方压帽设有阀杆，阀杆的下端置于阀底壳的内部，阀杆的上端置于六方压帽的外部，阀杆的上端连接有手轮，阀杆的下端连接有闸板，阀杆的中部设有固定套，阀杆与固定套通过涨圈固定。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
六方压帽、阀门头子、阀底壳、闸板采用高强塑料注塑而成，不易产生锈蚀，不会影响水质，密封效果好，不易漏水。

六方压帽4、阀门头子2、阀底壳1、闸板7采用高强塑料注塑而成，不易产生锈蚀，从而不影响水质，当密封套3磨损漏水时，拧一下六方压帽4，使密封套3向下压缩，重新将阀杆5裹紧，密封效果好，不易漏水。本实用新型具有结构合理、密封效果好、不易锈蚀损坏的优点。

1.一种管道闸阀，其特征在于：包括阀底壳(1)，所述阀底壳(1)的上部设有阀门头子(2)，所述阀门头子(2)的上部设有密封套(3)，所述密封套(3)的外部套有六方压帽(4)，贯穿所述阀门头子(2)、所述密封套(3)、所述六方压帽(4)设有阀杆(5)，所述阀杆(5)的下端置于所述阀底壳(1)的内部，所述阀杆(5)的上端置于所述六方压帽(4)的外部，所述阀杆(5)的上端连接有手轮(6)，所述阀杆(5)的下端连接有闸板(7)，所述阀杆(5)的中部设有固定套(9)，所述阀杆(5)与所述固定套(9)通过涨圈(8)固定。
