【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种软密封装置，具体涉及一种具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置。
【背景技术】
已知的，在常规的液体管道接口中使用的是环状密封圈“也叫O形圈”，这种可以满足水或其它液体介质的密闭要求，但在化工行业中对于管道接口“连接法兰处”的要求更高，尤其是对于易爆的汽油或其它油品，不仅对于耐候性要求也非常高，而且需要密封圈具有严格地密闭要求；现有的O形橡胶圈在使用中，受到螺栓与螺母的制造质量、法兰刚度以及法兰对接面的光滑情况影响，受力拉长后失去应有的密闭效果。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本发明公开了一种具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，通过在橡胶圈的圆形槽内嵌入圆形环，使用中通过内嵌入圆形环、外环板使橡胶圈实现密封的同时防止橡胶圈老化位移，本发明可确保密闭效果符合要求。
为了实现所述发明目的，本发明采用如下技术：
一种具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，包括橡胶圈、硬质限位圈，在橡胶圈的外缘面中部设有圆形槽，硬质限位圈内侧的内嵌入圆形环嵌入所述橡胶圈的圆形槽内，在硬质限位圈外部设有外环板，所述外环板与内嵌入圆形环之间设有连接环。
所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，在所述橡胶圈的外缘面与圆形槽之间设有槽口，所述槽口为“=”形结构，在“=”形结构槽口外侧的外缘面上下分别设有台阶，连接环处于所述“=”形结构的槽口内，所述外环板的上下两端对应槽口外侧的所述上下台阶。
所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，所述橡胶圈的内面为竖立的环形平面。
所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，在橡胶圈的上部面上设有至少两条上凸起条。
所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，在橡胶圈的下部面上设有至少两条下凸起条。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，通过在橡胶圈的外侧设置圆形槽，将内嵌入圆形环嵌入圆形槽中，使用中通过内嵌入圆形环、外环板使橡胶圈实现密封的同时防止橡胶圈老化位移，外环板、内嵌入圆形环起到对橡胶圈定型和增力的双重功效，可确保橡胶环使用过程不会拉长变形，所述橡胶圈的上下面上设置的上凸起条、下凸起条，可确保密闭效果符合要求；本发明结构简单，密闭效果优于现有技术。

结合附图1、2或3所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，包括橡胶圈5、硬质限位圈，橡胶圈5的内面4为竖立的环形平面，在所述橡胶圈5的外缘面6中部设有圆形槽10，在所述橡胶圈5的外缘面6与圆形槽10之间设有槽口12，所述槽口12为“=”形结构，在“=”形结构槽口12外侧的外缘面6上下分别设有台阶11，硬质限位圈内侧的内嵌入圆形环2嵌入所述橡胶圈5的圆形槽10内，在硬质限位圈外部设有外环板1，所述外环板1与内嵌入圆形环2之间设有连接环3，连接环3处于所述“=”形结构的槽口12内，所述外环板1的上下两端对应槽口12外侧的所述上下台阶11，在橡胶圈5的上部面7上设有至少两条上凸起条8，在橡胶圈5的下部面上设有至少两条下凸起条9。
实施本发明所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，设计时，通过在橡胶圈5的外侧设置槽口12、圆形槽10，其中槽口12高度略小于圆形槽10的内空腔高度，所述内嵌入圆形环2嵌入圆形槽10中，而连接环3架空在所述槽口12；将本发明放在两根对接管道的连接法兰之间，通过螺栓使两连接法兰将本发明压紧，这时内嵌入圆形环2、外环板1使橡胶圈5实现密封两连接法兰对接面的同时防止橡胶圈5老化位移，外环板1、内嵌入圆形环2起到对橡胶圈5定型和增力的双重功效，可确保橡胶环使用过程不会拉长变形，本发明的位置、形状得到长期保持，橡胶圈也不可能出现位移，确保了两连接法兰之间的密闭度。
本发明未详述部分为现有技术。

1.一种具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，包括橡胶圈（5）、硬质限位圈，其特征是：在橡胶圈（5）的外缘面（6）中部设有圆形槽（10），硬质限位圈内侧的内嵌入圆形环（2）嵌入所述橡胶圈（5）的圆形槽（10）内，在硬质限位圈外部设有外环板（1），所述外环板（1）与内嵌入圆形环（2）之间设有连接环（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，其特征是：在所述橡胶圈（5）的外缘面（6）与圆形槽（10）之间设有槽口（12），所述槽口（12）为“=”形结构，在“=”形结构槽口（12）外侧的外缘面（6）上下分别设有台阶（11），连接环（3）处于所述“=”形结构的槽口（12）内，所述外环板（1）的上下两端对应槽口（12）外侧的所述上下台阶（11）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，其特征是：橡胶圈（5）的内面（4）为竖立的环形平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有外硬质限位圈的软密封装置，其特征是：在橡胶圈（5）的上部面（7）上设有至少两条上凸起条（8）。
