本实用新型由于设置了微滤膜过滤器,使液体成品进一步精滤,提高了成品精度。本实用新型解决了现有技术存在成品精度低的技术问题。

来自发酵罐的废纸脱墨酶发酵液首先进入发酵液储罐1,经离心机2离心分离,清液进入清液储罐3再经微滤膜过滤器6精滤得液体精品,浊液进入浊液储罐4,废液经喷雾干燥器7干燥作为副产物;离心机2离心分离出的浊液进入浊液储罐4再经板框压滤机压滤,压滤的清液进入清液储罐3再经微滤膜过滤器6精滤,滤渣经气流干燥器干燥后作为饲料添加剂使用。
