 本实用新型涉及污水处理装置，详细讲是一种污水处理箱水面杂质的刮除装置。
背景技术
我们知道，在工业生产中很多企业都使用微细气泡对工业污水进行处理，将污水和微细气泡同时输入污水处理箱底部，污水中的微小颗粒或若干微小颗粒聚集在一起形成的絮凝物等杂质与微细气泡相结合后上浮到污水表面，经刮除装置刮出。现有的刮除装置是：污水处理箱上方设有刮出支架，刮出支架上设有主动辊、从动辊和驱动电机，主动辊与驱动电机相连接，主动辊和从动辊上设有传动带，传动带上设有刮出板。驱动电机带动主动辊转动，带动刮出板将漂浮在污水表面的杂质刮出污水处理箱。这种刮除装置，将漂浮在污水处理箱水面的杂质刮出的同时带出了大量清水，杂质与水分离不彻底，刮出的杂质内含水量大，不利于进一步处理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足，提供一种刮出的杂质含水量小，便于进一步处理的污水处理箱水面杂质的刮除装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种污水处理箱水面杂质的刮除装置，设有污水处理箱，污水处理箱上方设有刮出支架，其特征在于：刮出支架上设有主动辊、从动辊、限位从动棍和驱动电机，主动辊与驱动电机相连接，限位从动棍设置在从动辊前上方，主动辊、从动辊和限位从动棍上设有传动带，传动带上设有刮出板，从动辊下方的污水处理箱上倾斜的设有脱水板。
工作时，驱动电机带动主动辊转动，带动刮出板将漂浮在污水表面的杂质经脱水板刮出，经过脱水板时与杂质同时被刮出的清水沿脱水板斜面流回污水处理箱内，杂质与水分离彻底，刮出的杂质内含水量小，利于进一步处理。

如图1、图2所示的污水处理箱水面杂质的刮除装置，设有污水处理箱1，污水处理箱1上方设有刮出支架5，刮出支架5上设有主动辊2、从动辊7、限位从动棍9和驱动电机3，主动辊2与驱动电机3相连接，限位从动棍9设置在从动辊7前上方，主动辊2、从动辊7和限位从动棍9上设有传动带6，传动带6上设有刮出板4，从动辊7下方的污水处理箱1上倾斜的设有脱水板8，脱水板8的倾斜角度与从动辊和限位从动棍之间的传动带的倾斜角度相同。工作时，驱动电机带动主动辊转动，带动刮出板将漂浮在污水表面的杂质经脱水板刮出，经过脱水板时与杂质同时被刮出的清水沿脱水板斜面流回污水处理箱内，杂质与水分离彻底，刮出的杂质内含水量小，利于进一步处理。
