背景技术
目前,发热器具使用的发热线大都是双螺旋发热线,在使用中存在电磁感应,会产生电磁波辐射。

本实用新型为解决目前发热器具存在电磁感应和辐射的问题,提供一种能屏蔽电磁感应的新型发热线。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线、金属发热丝、内绝缘层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层构成,其特殊之处是,金属发热丝缠绕在涤纶芯线上,内绝缘层包裹在金属发热丝外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成的屏蔽层包裹在内绝缘层外,外绝缘层包裹在屏蔽层外。
使用时,按生产布线要求将发热线穿入柔性发热器具内,将屏蔽层与地线相连接,发热丝与柔性发热器具的控制器相连接,接线完成后,打开控制器接通电源,此时金属发热丝工作,产生的电磁波即被屏蔽层屏蔽。
本实用新型的技术效果是,采用上述方案可以实现一种操作简单、能消除电磁感应的新型发热线。

如图所示,一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线1、金属发热丝2、内绝缘层3、屏蔽层4和外绝缘层5构成,其特殊之处是,金属发热丝2缠绕在涤纶芯线1上,内绝缘层3包裹在金属发热丝2外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成的屏蔽层4包裹在内绝缘层3的外表面,屏蔽层4的外面包裹有外绝缘层5。
使用时,按生产布线要求将发热线穿入柔性发热器具内,将屏蔽层4接地,金属发热丝2与控制器相连,接线完成后打开控制器接通电源,此时金属发热丝2工作,产生的电磁波即被屏蔽层4屏蔽。
