Abstract

一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线、金属发热丝、内绝缘层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层构成,其特点是,金属发热丝缠绕在涤纶芯线上,内绝缘层包裹在金属发热丝外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成的屏蔽层包裹在内绝缘层外,外绝缘层包裹在屏蔽层外。它克服了目前柔性发热器具使用普通发热线产生电磁感应和辐射的问题,提供一种有屏蔽功能的新型发热线。

技术领域
本发明涉及发热器具制造领域,具体的说是一种用于发热器具的有电磁屏蔽功能的新型发热线。 
背景技术
目前,发热器具使用的发热线大都是双螺旋发热线,在使用中存在电磁感应,会产生电磁波辐射。 
发明内容
本发明为解决目前发热器具存在电磁感应和辐射的问题,提供一种能屏蔽电磁感应的新型发热线。 
本发明的技术方案是,一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线、金属发热丝、内绝缘层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层构成,其特殊之处是,金属发热丝缠绕在涤纶芯线上,内绝缘层包裹在金属发热丝外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成的屏蔽层包裹在内绝缘层外,外绝缘层包裹在屏蔽层外。 
使用时,按生产布线要求将发热线穿入柔性发热器具内,将屏蔽层与地线相连接,发热丝与柔性发热器具的控制器相连接,接线完成后,打开控制器接通电源,此时金属发热丝工作,产生的电磁波即被屏蔽层屏蔽。 
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述方案可以实现一种操作简单、能消除电磁感应的新型发热线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。 
如图所示,一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线1、金属发热丝2、内绝缘层3、屏蔽层4和外绝缘层5构成,其特殊之处是,金属发热丝2缠绕在涤纶芯线1上,内绝缘层3包裹在金属发热丝2外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成 的屏蔽层4包裹在内绝缘层3的外表面,屏蔽层4的外面包裹有外绝缘层5。 
使用时,按生产布线要求将发热线穿入柔性发热器具内,将屏蔽层4接地,金属发热丝2与控制器相连,接线完成后打开控制器接通电源,此时金属发热丝2工作,产生的电磁波即被屏蔽层4屏蔽。

1.一种电磁屏蔽多功能发热线,由涤纶芯线、金属发热丝、内绝缘层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层构成,其特征是,金属发热丝缠绕在涤纶芯线上,内绝缘层包裹在金属发热丝外,由合成树脂和导电填料制成的屏蔽层包裹在内绝缘层外,外绝缘层包裹在屏蔽层外。
