本实用新型涉及日常生活用品支架技术领域,尤其是指一种万用支架。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的提高,日常生活用品的种类也日渐繁多,其中不乏大量平板结构的用品,如装饰相片用的相框、梳妆用的镜子、台历以及大受人们喜爱的平板电脑等等,在观看这些用品时,都希望有一个合适的放置状态,才能给使用者一个合适的观看角度,才能让使用者在使用这些平板结构的用品时不会感到别扭或不舒服。现有的相框、镜子、台历一般都带有一个设置于产品背面的支架,但这种支架会额外增加产品的生产成本,且该类支架不能调节产品的倾斜角度,只能有一个固定观看角度,不方便调节;其中也有很多不带支架的产品,如平板电脑,长时间使用如观赏电影时,需要一直用手拿着,才能调节角度以便于观赏,但时间过长会令双手酸痛,使用非常不方便。
因此,市场上迫切需要一种适用于所有平板结构、能搭配平板产品在直立式或是横立式都可使用,并能任意调节倾斜角度的支架。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、适用于所有平板结构、并能调节倾斜角度的万用支架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种万用支架,包括弹性支架及两个夹套,一个夹套与弹性支架的一端固定连接,另一个夹套与弹性支架的另一端固定连接;
所述弹性支架的两端部向同一侧的中部弯曲;
所述夹套开设有嵌设槽。
其中,所述弹性支架的两端部为圆滑曲线弯曲。
其中,所述弹性支架均分为三段,中段分别与另外两段之间的弯折角度小于90°。
其中,所述弹性支架的两端均设置有螺纹,夹套开设有螺孔,弹性支架的两端分别与两个夹套的螺孔螺纹连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:

具体实施方式:
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例与附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本实用新型的限定。
如图1至图4所示为本实用新型所述一种万用支架的实施例一,包括弹性支架1及两个夹套2,一个夹套2与弹性支架1的一端固定连接,另一个夹套2与弹性支架1的另一端固定连接;所述弹性支架1的两端部向同一侧的中部弯曲;所述夹套2开设有嵌设槽3。在使用时,将弹性支架1的两端部拉开,并将产品的相对的两侧沿嵌设于所述两个夹套2的嵌设槽3内,调整夹套2与侧沿的连接位置,使产品与所述万用支架放置于水平桌面上时,可任意调整产品的倾斜角度,达到方便观赏与操作、使用的目的。本实用新型所述万用支架可适用于所有平板结构的用品,包括大受人们喜爱的平板电脑,不仅结构简单、成本低廉、适用于所有平板结构,还并能调节产品的倾斜角度,实用性强。
本实施例的所述弹性支架1的两端部为圆滑曲线弯曲,该弹性支架1呈“C”字形,弹性支架1曲线美观大方,弹性变形量大,不易发生塑性变形,使用寿命长。
本实施例的所述弹性支架1的两端均设置有螺纹,夹套2开设有螺孔,弹性支架1的两端分别与两个夹套2的螺孔螺纹连接,以便于夹套2与弹性支架1的连接,加工难度低,生产效率高。
需要补充说明的是,弹性支架1的端部与夹套2之间还可以通过强力胶、热熔胶粘结、埋入射出或采用焊接等各类加工制作工艺连接,只要达到弹性支架1的端部与夹套2能稳固连接即可。
如图5所示为本实用新型所述一种万用支架的实施例二,与上述实施例一的不同之处在于:所述弹性支架1均分为三段,中段分别与另外两段之间的弯折角度小于90°,该弹性支架1的两个弯折处用作所述万用支架的两个支撑点,其放置时的稳固性更高,实用性更强。
如图6所示为本实用新型所述一种万用支架的实施例三,与上述实施例二的不同之处在于:弹性支架1的中段进一步向内弯折,增加稳固性的同时,还能产生更好的外观效果。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本实用新型还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本实用新型发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种万用支架,其特征在于:包括弹性支架(1)及两个夹套(2),一个夹套(2)与弹性支架(1)的一端固定连接,另一个夹套(2)与弹性支架(1)的另一端固定连接;
所述弹性支架(1)的两端部向同一侧的中部弯曲;
所述夹套(2)开设有嵌设槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种万用支架,其特征在于:所述弹性支架(1)的两端部为圆滑曲线弯曲。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种万用支架,其特征在于:所述弹性支架(1)均分为三段,中段分别与另外两段之间的弯折角度小于90°。
