具体实施方式
结合图1、图2所示,一种皮卡车用轮毂轴承总成,包括外圈1、两个面对面排列的内圈A2和内圈B12、芯轴3、保持架9、滚子11,在芯轴3上增设一滚针轴承6。内圈A2和内圈B12之间由锁扣5扣住,并用螺母4锁紧;密封件一7、 “O” 型圈10 及密封件二8使整个工作部位形成了一个密封系统,不受灰尘影响,防止油脂外流;螺栓13用于与汽车的轮辋连接。
实际应用时,外圈1通过螺栓与悬架连接,芯轴3通过螺栓13,与轮辋连接,传动轴与芯轴3上的花键配合,从而带动车轮转动。
